Climate change is known as one of the major global trends, of which global warming is one of the most significant. Also, the expansion of urbanization and the subsequent increase in greenhouse gases play an important role in global warming. is that road transport in addition to more than 70% of the total transportation greenhouse gases, many peripheral equipment including air and noise, road traffic accidents. Another factor of this issue is the neglect of public spaces and especially the pedestrian path which is a factor of sustainability, services and increasing environmental quality.
The main goal of this research is the feasibility and design of pedestrian routes, for which the indicators and qualities of the pedestrian routes have been tried by studying the theoretical and experimental documents and texts on the concept of the pedestrian routes and then. In order to verify the feasibility of the selected pedestrian routes in the above documents, first of all, the appropriate indicators of this issue are screened with Goller's matrix, and then those routes are evaluated using the TOPSIS method, and the route that can be designed for the Mahan Boulevard pedestrian route is located will be It is in the city of Jahan Karaj. In the continuation of the research, in order to localize the indicators and identify the components of the spatial policy of the block, exploratory factor analysis is done and then, the condition of Mahan Boulevard is evaluated in each of the indicators. From the study of relevant documents, field observations, results of factor analysis, questionnaires and software such as DEPS MAP have been discussed. Finally, by using the previous, strategic plan and design options in the form of plan, section and 3D with Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Twin Motion software, he supported the documents in the selected path.
The results of the research show that the path of Mahan has taken its potential in the direction of walking, but in some cases, there is a need to implement design policies with minimal interventions. The result of exploratory factor analysis shows that it promotes liveliness, presence, safety and security, livability, readability, night life, inclusiveness, visual proportions, relaxation, ease of movement on foot, cleanliness and comfort of people and informing people. to be Pedestrianization of Mahan route is so important that in the implementation of these strategies, efficient urban management is needed.
