With population growth, current transportation vehicles, which mainly include personal vehicles, are the main cause of traffic expansion, especially in major cities. Despite their role in improving comfort and quality of life, the problems of conventional cars with internal combustion are not limited to air pollution. In addition to congestion and traffic, ordinary vehicles also contribute to increasing noise and noise pollution in urban complexes. According to the mentioned problems, the use of two-seater four-wheeled electric cars is one of the best solutions to solve the resulting problems such as air pollution, noise pollution, lack of parking spaces, and crowded cities. For this purpose, in this research, a basic process for the design of this sample of cars, and by dividing the car into 10 main subsystems, five stages of benchmarking, conceptual design, QFD, failure modes, and determining technical specifications for the main car systems, and finally focusing on the car chassis, several A sample of the proposed chassis was examined and analyzed.
