One of the characteristics of historical contexts and neighborhoods, is the favorable aspects of social, ritual and commercial interactions.The proximity of the historical religious buildings to the historical bazar, which itself is the link between public buildings and urban spaces, is a coherent combination with the attraction of cultural, social and economic activities with high potential to become a dynamic social and economic center. But unfortunately, inattention along with incorrect cross-sectional plans without studying and without forecasting and paying attention to all the aspects and consequences of a plan in many cases not only hinders the balanced growth of this urban spaces, but also causes many adverse effects, economic and social consequences imposed to the urban contexts.Therefore, it is necessary to investigate, measure and recognize these consequences and adopt a solution to overcome the existing conditions.One of these neighborhoods with a historical combination of historical religious buildings along with the historical bazar is Tajrish area.this area, which is in one of the historical cores of Tehran city, next to Imamzadeh Saleh, has assumed a trans-local role due to the existence of many potentials.But today, with problems such as physical decline, the weakening of the sense of belonging, and economic and social problems, this commercial-religious combination, which has had a ritual path along with the processes and activities of life in its heart since the past, has diminished, and due to the neglect of conservation indicators, the changes could not meet the needs, and if a suitable solution to preserve this area and neighborhood is not presented and implemented, it will lead to the increasing decline and analysis of the indicators and the quality of their preservation in integrity.In this thesis, while recognizing and examining the damage and its factors, identifying the strengths and examining the weaknesses and threats of the study area, and studying and eva‎luating the above plans, a plan for the organization, restoration and revitalization of the area of Takiye Bozorg, Takiye Kouchak and the southern part of Tajrish Bazare is presented.
