Abstractmodern micronized silica production factories, the need for silica raw materials in most manufacturing industries in the country is still met through imports from Turkey and other countries. Therefore, due to the large number of silica-rich mines in Kurdistan, Hamedan and Zanjan, important steps can be taken in the direction of the country's self-sufficiency and even export to other countries. Therefore, in this study, an attempt has been made to accurately identify the mines of Kani Jashani area of Saghez, which were previously explored by the Geological Organization of the country. In addition, by making the identified areas available to the applicant operators who were operating in this area, Azang Paya company, managed by the author, won one of the rich mines in it through a public auction by the Business, Mining and Industry Organization of the country. Then, detailed geological studies were carefully evaluated by Dr. Bahman Rahimzadeh, a faculty member of Shahid Beheshti University, and Dr. Erfan Haji from Kurdistan University, and the amount of silica in that area was estimated to be 23 million tons. After ensuring the appropriate investment potential, in this project, the author tried to design it himself instead of buying the production line from Germany, Turkey or China, so that it is used by domestic manufacturers. In order to achieve this goal, the design of the micronized silica production line technology factory in Saghez city by an approach ensuring preservation of natural landscapes was defined as the main goal of the project. Then, the factory construction site was located with detailed mineralogical studies and considering the legal restrictions. In particular, it was tried that in addition to the proper access to the main road from the northwest to the south of the country, the site of the factory to become the center of gravity of silica mines in the region. Then, by examining case samples in Turkey and internal samples in Maragheh, according to the chemical and physical analysis of the mineral stones in the area, we could achieve the design plan of the factory flowsheet and the production process. Also, by checking the performance of each of the devices, the type of devices was selected according to the amount of silica stone exploitation in working hours. In addition, their correct arrangement and many environmental limitations were identified and properly considered in the design. Despite all the complexity of the issue and environmental and legal obstacles, the architectural design of the factory site was carried out in accordance with the principles of aesthetics, preserving the landscape and solving the related environmental issues. Finally, we hope that this step will be implemented and will solve the economic problems of the country and the region. In addition, the presence of iron oxide in the silica used in various industries causes unfavorable performance. Especially, the abundance exceeding the allowed limit causes disruption in production. In this research, the ore was first studied by mineralogy and petrography to identify how different minerals interact, so that it will be refined by creating engineering conditions. For this purpose, the Silica Mines of Kani Jashani area of Saghez, which is one of the rich mines of the country, were processed using softening, magnetic and acid washing methods. On the other hand, Turkey, in our neighborhood, by using the highest manufacturing technologies and optimal use of the least natural resources, has offered its highest products in the world in the form of silicone and silicate materials and narrowed the competition in this field. However, due to Iran's scientific progress in research fields of polymer materials and nanotechnology and the natural capacity of Kurdistan's rich mines, there is the potential for Iran to outcompete many leading countries in this field. It should be noted that the Kaveh Jame-Boloor factory in Maragheh is one of the very successful domestic examples that have taken their production to the glass cup, which is very well designed and implemented. In addition, the factories of Lika town in Qazvin, which have put their products at the service of Iran Khodro industry, and washers, can also be mentioned as successful examples in Iran.
