With the increase in population, countries are facing the limitation of habitable space. Therefore, the current countries Development turned to the implementation of construction projects and the construction of tall buildings. Every year, a huge amount of national capital is spent in the construction industry. In addition, due to the different nature of construction projects and their uniqueness, it is difficult to use the productivity improvement methods and techniques that are used in other projects. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the concept of productivity in construction projects, eva‎luate it and examine its improvement methods. The purpose of this research is to eva‎luate productivity in construction projects, adapt lean and agile approaches and improve productivity using these approaches. This research begins with library studies and after collecting the implementation methods of eva‎luating and improving productivity in the construction industry, field research is conducted in the form of a questionnaire with a statistical community including engineers, employers and specialists in this field. Finally, the obtained results are analyzed using statistical methods, Choice Expert software and AHP method. As a result of this research, productivity improvement criteria were prioritized and management criteria were placed in the first priority and human resources criteria in the second priority. In the prioritization of the sub-criteria of management, in the order of using new management systems, the mechanisms of encouragement and creating awareness for lean manufacturing have the highest priority, and in the prioritization of the sub-criteria of human resources, in the order of development and optimization of the abilities and skills of employees and quantitative development Human resources have the highest priority.
