In the past two years, the epidemic of incidents has affected not only our country, Iran, but the whole world. In any critical situation, whether natural or unnatural, there are hospitals and medical centers with an influx of clients. In this severe pandemic, due to the rapid transmission of the disease from one person to another, we are treated with beds in hospital departments, especially special care. In addition to our other spaces with different uses in hospitals, they were not ready to change to a temporary treatment spaces. Every day, we are warned by medical centers that hospital beds are being filled. In addition, from the past until now, therapeutic spaces have only focused on improving performance and paying little attention to psychological issues and improving the mental state of patients, and better version of the treatment staff. The presence of patients in the hospital is always associated with a lot of stress, unrest and worry. Failure to respond to the spiritual needs of patients in the hospital environment, prioritizing the treatment process, technical and functional relationships between spaces, and placing patients in confined spaces of inpatient rooms destroys their individual identity and has a negative impact on their social life. put In addition to the patients and their companions, we should not ignore the important group of medical staff because high work pressure and daily communication with the work environment causes their performance to decrease. After defining and reviewing the three general categories of studies, which include infection control in the hospital, flexibility in the hospital, and supportive design, as well as examining the sample cases related to these three general categories, to review the current conditions and situation. In hospitals, we used the method of interviewing doctors. After reviewing the results of the interview and the solutions implemented in Iranian hospitals, we reached the main points of the questionnaire for therapeutic design specialists. The questions were in three main areas of studies and included 45 questions with 5 options. After analyzing and checking the data using the SPSS method and performing various Friedman tests, 5 selected components from each category of questions were found.
