زنجيره تامين پوشاك يكي از پردرآمد ترين زنجيره هاي تامين در سراسر جهان است؛ علي رغم تمامي پتانسيل هاي اين زنجيره در اشتغال زايي، درآمدزايي و رشد ارزش هاي اقتصادي، صنعت پوشاك يكي از بزرگ ترين صنايع آلوده جهان محسوب مي شود. طراحي شبكه اي حلقه بسته راهكاري استراتژيك و كاربردي براي توسعه پايداري در اين صنعت شناخته شده است؛ چرا كه قابليت يكپارچه سازي فعاليت هاي پايداري در تمامي سطوح زنجيره تامين را دارد. در اين پژوهش شبكه اي حلقه باز و بسته در زنجيره تامين پوشاك طراحي شده است. تصميمات شبكه با توسعه مدلي چند هدفه اتخاذ مي شوند. اهداف مدل شامل بيشينه سازي سود، كمينه كردن انتشار كربن دي اكسيد در توليد و حمل و نقل، كمينه كردن مقدار آب مصرفي در توليد و بيشينه سازي رضايت مشتري به عنوان مهم ترين محرك صنعت پوشاك هستند. مدل چند هدفه مسئله با استفاده از روش برنامه ريزي آرماني وزني به مدلي تك هدفه تبديل شده است. در تابع هدف چهارم مسئله، تابع رضايت مشتري، براي محاسبه فاكتور رضايت مشتري از روش تركيبي تحليل سلسله مراتبي و روش بهترين بدترين در تصميم گيري چند شاخصه استفاده شده است. نتايج حل مدل نشان مي دهد كه توسعه شبكه از لجستيك مستقيم به شبكه اي حلقه بسته علاوه بر افزايش سودآفريني براي شبكه، فاكتورهاي پايداري زيست محيطي شبكه را بهبود مي بخشد.

A multi-objective model for sustainable closed loop network design in apparel supply chain

The apparel supply chain is one of the most profitable supply chains worldwide; Despite all the potentials of this chain in creating jobs, generating income and growing economic values, the clothing industry is considered one of the largest polluted industries in the world. Closed loop network design is a strategic and practical solution for sustainable development in this industry; Because it has the ability to integrate sustainability activities at all levels of the supply chain. In this research, an open and closed loop network has been designed in the clothing supply chain. Network decisions are made by developing a multi-objective model. The goals of the model include profit maximization, minimizing carbon dioxide emissions in production and transportation, minimizing the amount of water consumed in production, and maximizing customer satisfaction as the most important driver of the clothing industry. The multi-objective model of the problem has been transformed into a single-objective model using the weighted goal programming method. In the fourth objective function of the problem, the customer satisfaction function, to calculate the customer satisfaction factor, the combined method of hierarchical analysis and the best-worst method is used in multi-criteria decision making. The results of the model solution show that the development of the network from direct logistics to a closed loop network, in addition to increasing profitability for the network, improves the environmental sustainability factors of the supply chain.
