مجموعه ميراث كشاورزي اميرآباد در دل كوير قراردارد و داراي وجوه ارزشي زيادي است. اين مجموعه در 12 كيلومتري شرق زواره واقع و لحاظ كالبدي و كاركردي بسيار به مزارع مسكون اربابي نزديك است؛ هرچند در اسناد تاريخي بررسي شده به مزرعه بودن آن اشاره نشده است. مالك اوليه آن مصطفي‌قلي‌خان سهام‌السلطنه عرب عامري بوده كه در دوره ناصري با ساخت قلعه رعيت‌نشين و خانه اربابي و گسترش كشاورزي آن را از يك مزرعه كوچك با احتمالاً يك خانوار ساكن به يك آبادي بزرگ تبديل كرده است. اين مالكيت به فرزندان سهام‌السلطنه منتقل شده و در حدود 15 سال گذشته اهالي مزارع و خانه‌هاي مسكوني را از وراث خريده‌اند. در اطراف اين مجموعه 10 آبادي ديگر قراردارند كه از نظر كالبدي و اشتراكات فرهنگي و تاريخي وجوه مشترك زيادي با اميرآباد دارند. اين پژوهش از نوع كاربردي و با رويكرد تفسيري است. با توجه به اينكه داده‌ها همگي كيفي هستند، از روش تحقيق كيفي- تاريخي استفاده شده است. شيوه‌هاي مطالعه ميداني و سندپژوهي در جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، و تحليل توصيفي در تحليل داده‌ها كابرد داشته‌اند. پژوهش‌هاي دكتر راعي با موضوع مزارع مسكون تاريخي و مزارع مسكون اربابي به عنوان راهنما و منبع اصلي اين پژوهش هستند. آسيب‌شناسي كالبدي و كاركردي مجموعه نشان مي‌دهد كه اين آسيب‌ها به صورت رفت‌وبرگشتي كار مي‌كنند و براي درمان آن‌ها بايد به طور جامع عمل كرد. هرچند كه بسياري از عوامل از بيرون مجموعه بر آن اثر مي‌گذارند و رفع آن‌ها نياز به يك نگاه منطقه‌اي و ملي دارد. در طرح نهايي به توانايي اميرآباد براي قرارگيري در جايگاه مركز يك مجموعه گردشگري و توليدي در كنار آبادي‌هاي اطراف تاكيد شده است. همچنين در طرح كاربري پيشنهادي مجموعه به رويكرد گردشگري كشاورزي و به خصوص توجه به انار به عنوان محصول شاخص اشاره شده است. هرچند در ارائه طرح تلاش شده همه جوانب درنظر گرفته شود اما با توجه به اينكه هدف اصلي پژوهش، مطالعه مجموعه بوده، در ارائه راهكارها و پيشنهادات به اشاراتي بسنده كرده‌ايم.

Study and conservation plan of Amirabad agricultural heritage complex

Amirabad Agricultural Heritage Complex is located in the heart of the desert and has many valuable assets. This complex is located 12 kilometers east of Zavareh and is physically and functionally very close to Arbabi's residential farms. However, it is not mentioned that it is a farm in the reviewed historical documents. Its original owner was Mustafa Qolikhan, Saham al-Sultaneh, an Amir Arab who, during the Nasrid period, turned it from a small farm with probably one resident household into a large settlement by building a serf castle and a lord's house and expanding agriculture. This ownership has been transferred to the children of Saham al-Saltaneh, and in the last 15 years, the residents have bought farms and residential houses from the heirs. Around this complex, there are 10 other settlements that have a lot in common with Amirabad in terms of physical and cultural and historical commonalities. This research is of an applied type with an interpretive approach. Faced with the fact that the data are all qualitative, the qualitative-historical research method has been used. The methods of field study and document research have been used in data collection, and descriptive analysis in data analysis. Dr. Rai's researches on historical residential farms and lordly residential farms are the main source of this research. The physical and functional pathology of the collection shows that these injuries work in a reciprocating manner, and to treat them, it is necessary to act comprehensively. However, many factors from outside the complex affect it, and their solution requires a regional and national perspective. In the final plan, the ability of Amirabad to be positioned as the center of a tourism and production complex next to the surrounding settlements is emphasized. Also, in the proposed use plan of the complex, the approach of agricultural tourism and especially attention to pomegranate as a flagship product is mentioned. Although all aspects are considered in the presentation of the tried plan, but considering that the main purpose of the research is to study the collection, the presentation of solutions and suggestions is not complete and accurate.
