برنامه ريزي رودكناره هاديشهر با رويكرد توسعه گردشگري

رودخانه ها، مخصوصا رودخانه هاي درون شهري اهميت و نقش بسزايي در ساختار كالبدي شهرها و همچنين در ابعاد زيست محيطي ، اقتصادي و اجتماعي دارند. بي توجهي به نقش رودخانه و تبديل گشتن رودخانه ها به محلي آلوده و همراه با معضلات زيست محيطي و همچنين از هم گسيختگي كالبدي و اجتماعي از جمله مسائل پيش رو در زمينه رودخانه ها محسوب مي شود. رودخانه بابلرود يكي از رودخانه هاي مهم استان مازندران محسوب مي شود كه در مسير خود از شهر هاديشهر عبور مي كند. قرارگيري اين رودخانه به عنوان عنصر خطي سازمان فضايي شهر هاديشهر لزوم توجه به بهره برداري و برنامه ريزي به منظور ارتقاي كيفيت پيرامون رودخانه را حائز اهميت ساخته است. درجهت ارتقاي وضعيت موجود و برنامه ريزي اراضي پيرامون رودخانه ،رويكرد توسعه گردشگري پايدار در نظر گرفته شده است. بدين ترتيب در راستاي بازگرداندن حيات و برقراري پيوند اجتماعي و بهبود وضعيت اقتصادي و زيست محيطي و همچنين تقويت نقش گردشگري، رودخانه هاديشهر به سه سكانس شمالي، مركزي و جنوبي تقسيم شده است. و باتوجه به ويژگي هاي متفاوت هر سكانس مسائل و معضلات مورد شناخت و بررسي( براساس سه معيار محيطي ، اقتصادي و اجتماعي) قرار گرفته است. آزمون و ابزار، بكار گرفته شده در جهت تحليل،آزمون فريدمن و نرم افزار spss است. دستاورد هاي اين پژوهش، تدوين جدول سوات (وضع موجود) و همچنين اولويت بندي اين مسائل در سه سكانس شمالي ، مركزي و جنوبي رودخانه است. در نهايت به تدوين راهبردها و سياست هاي برنامه ريزي رودكناره در شهر هاديشهر پرداخته شده است. كه خروجي نهايي آن جانمايي سياست ها (و يا درواقع جانمايي كاربري هاي پشتيبان رويكرد گردشگري، دسترسي پذيري پياده و...) در اراضي رودكناره بابلرود است. از جمله نمونه هاي توسعه گردشگري در سكانس شمالي شامل ايجاد مسير پياده و دوچرخه و همچنين جانمايي كاربري هايي چون رستوران، كافه، پارك ها و كاربري هاي تفريحي_گردشگري در اراضي باير و مستعد توسعه مي باشد.

hadishahr riverside planning with tourism development approach

Rivers, especially in urban rivers, have a significant role in the physical structure of cities and also in environmental, economic and social dimensions. Disregarding the role of the river and the conversion of river to a polluted place, along with environmental problems as well as physical and social disruption, is one of the issues facing the river. Babolrud river is one of the important rivers in Mazandaran province that passes through the city of hadishahr.The placement of this river as a linear element of the spatial organization of hadishahr has made it important to pay attention to planning in order to improve the quality around the river. In order to improve the existing situation and plan the lands around the river, a sustainable tourism development approach has been considered. In this way, in order to restore life and establish social ties and improve the economic and environmental situation, as well as strengthen the role of tourism, the hadishahr river has been divided into three sections: northern, central and southern. According to the different characteristics of each sequence, issues and dilemmas have been identified and investigated. The test and tools used for analysis are friedmans test and spss software. The achievements of this research are the compilation of the swot table and the prioritization of these issues in the three sequences of the northern, central and southern. Finally, strategies and planning policies for riverside in hadishahr city have been developed. Its final output is the placement of uses that support the tourism approach, accessibility on foot,etc. in the riverside lands. Among the examples of tourism development in the northern sequence is the creation of pedestrian and bicycle paths, as well as the placement of uses such as restaurants, cafes, parks and recreational tourism uses in barren lands prone to development.
