پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي ميزان تأثير قاعده ابتكاري دسترسيپذيري بر چرخش كسبوكارها با نقش تعديلگري شبكه كارآفرين انجام شد. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي، از نظر روش پيمايشي و به لحاظ ماهيت، پژوهشي توصيفي ميباشد. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه اين پژوهش استارتاپهاي مستقر در پاركهاي علم و فناوري و مراكز رشد دانشگاههاي معتبر شهر تهران بودند كه بر اساس سه ويژگي 1 - مستقر در مراكز رشد وابسته به دانشگاهها. 2 -دانشگاههاي منتخب آموزشي رتبههاي برتر علمي شهر تهران. 3 -مراكز دانشگاهي با بيشترين سهم در فعاليتهاي استارتاپي انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمعآوري دادههاي مربوطه، پس از هماهنگيهاي، 180 پرسشنامه بصورت تصادفي چند مرحله اي در ميان جامعه آماري توزيع شد كه پس از جمعآوري 123 پرسشنامه قابل بررسي بودند و مبناي تحليل قرار گرفتند. در اين پژوهش براي تجزيه و تحليل دادههاي گردآوري شده وتعيين روابط بين متغيرها با توجه به مدل از معادلات ساختاري به شيوه كمترين مربعات جزئي ) PLS-SEM ( بهره گرفته شده است. براساس خروجيهاي نرم افزار SmartPls و ميزان ضرايب مسير قاعده ابتكاري دسترسيپذيري بر چرخش كسبوكار تاثير منفي دارد. از سويي ديگر رابطه ميان ابتكار دسترسي پذيري و چرخش كسب وكار توسط سبك هاي شبكه كارآفريني، وابستگي متقابل و پيوند شبكه تعديل ميشود. در تبيين نتايج حاصل از اين مطالعه ميتوان گفت قاعده ابتكاري دسترسي پذيري بهعنوان يكي از ميانبرهاي تصميمگيري در بين كارآفرينان موجب عدم تصميم درست براي چرخش كسب و كار ميشود. چون قواعد ابتكاري دسترسيپذيري نوعي راهحل متمركز بر تازگي، وضو و بازيابي اطلاعات از حافظه است. از سويي ديگر وقتي ارتباطات قوي بين كارافرينان ايجاد شود و سبك هاي شبكه اي موجب تحكيم روابط كاري گردد؛ ميتواند موجب تضعيف يا كم رنگتر شدن اثر منفي قاعده ابتكاري دسترسيپذيري بر چرخش كسب و كارها شود.

The present study aims to investigate the impact of the innovation principle of accessibility on the turnover of businesses with a role The moderation of the entrepreneur network was done. In this research to analyze and Analyzing the collected data and determining the relationships between the variables according to the structural equation model Partial least squares (PLS-SEM) has been used. Based on the outputs of SmartPls software and the amount The coefficients of the accessibility innovation rule path have a negative effect on business turnover.On the other hand, the relationship between Initiating accessibility and business turnaround by entrepreneurial network styles, interdependence and linkage The network is adjusted. In explaining the results of this study, we can say the innovative rule of accessibility As one of the decision-making shortcuts among entrepreneurs, it causes the lack of correct decision for business rotation it works Because the innovative rules of accessibility are a kind of solution focused on novelty, ablution and information recovery from is memory On the other hand, when strong connections are established between entrepreneurs and network styles lead to strengthen business relations; It can weaken or fade the negative effect of the innovative rule of accessibility on the turnover of businesses.
