Nowadays , Bim has an important role in the management of construction projects , such as project control , design , clash management , project management , project estimation and etc
as a powerful tool for project managers , however , construction project managers are faced with problems such as large amount of data and useful or non-useful information about the challenges of the project . however , it is possible to prioritize and categorize the importance of resolving any interference in the design phase in terms of time and cost of project execution . instead of the bulk of interference information, the priority of the project managers in terms of time and cost of project execution will be assigned to the project manager , which makes decision for managers more quickly and rapidly . the components considered in this study to determine the importance of each interference are : ( type of mechanical or electrical , involved in interference , the type of interfering structures involved in interference ) by designing the questionnaires in importance from time and importance in terms of cost and importance from the cost perspective by experts , the elements involved in overlapping modes were weighted and then the weight of each interference was determined by using weights and finally , the weight of each interference was determined as a measure for the importance of structural elements and structure elements . then in a pilot project 111 interference numbers were selected . finally , in a pilot project , 111 drug interactions were
selected and the prioritization of the interactions was done .
the results showed that this process is more easy to identify important interactions for project managers . also , in time and energy of the experts , it is effective to identify and prioritize important interactions , and in addition to the presence of specific components and the process of identification of important interactions , the likelihood of human error occurrence will decrease .
