Organizing the current understanding of the functions that buildings and urban areas provide to them is one of the main concerns of architects. Architectural cultural buildings, considering this point that they are considered a social place for the spread of culture and the formation of collective identity, have a high value, but they have been neglected in terms of organization and functional eva‎luation. We pay attention to cultural and user environments. Because each person interprets and examines these buildings in different ways according to their mental space and purpose. We designers as users of the environment and creators of built forms. , we pay attention to the world around us differently from people whose built environment is merely the background of their lives. Of course, this different attitude of us architects, in addition to the positive points, can create a distance between the user and the architect, as well as architect-friendly or nationalistic attitudes and judgments in praising architecture. From seeing the functional defects of architecture and in the next degree, they fix their defects. However, we appreciate the buildings as aesthetic objects to be admired (or not), but the fact is that inside these buildings functions are constantly operating and each function causes different behaviors in the space and so on. It happened that the concern of the historical and valuable building in the historical context that does not have many visitors became a goal for this research, which was a vague problem at the beginning, but considering the built environment as a set of regulators of multidimensional human performance and behavior. He gave clarity and clarity to this concern, however, this was not the whole matter. For the behavior, I should first go to the knowledge of its agent, i.e. the user, but the behaviors, with their roots in the culture, extended the basis of knowledge to the breadth of the definitions of culture and Edward T. Hall's culture map, which has criteria and characteristics that can be categorized and measured. It was analyzed and interpreted regionally and rewritten, and the amount of social or official behavior in the spaces was obtained in a comparable way based on the functions and activities in the building from different cultural aspects, but the matter did not end here and motivation is needed in a historical context. It was rare to know the type of development and to know the bed and the historical work in it, that is, Nadari Bagh.In general, knowing the context and the user, and then examining the cultural studies and the level of formality and the type of development in the historical context, then preparing a questionnaire and implementing it on 9 contemporary Iranian cultural monuments was the path taken in this research. Architecture is always a multifaceted puzzle with wide dimensions, I wish I could understand a bit of the creation and difficulty of this matter.
