طراحي فضاهاي اقامتي تفريحي توريستي فرهنگي با رويكرد معماري پايدار در اصفهان

يكي از كاربريهاي شهري كه در طراحي و ساخت آن، حداقل مصرف انرژي و هم زيستي با شرايط طبيعي و اقليمي از طريق تدابيرمعماري پايدار مدنظر بوده و بايد مورد توجه و اجرا توسط طراحان و مجريان قرار گيرد، مراكز اقامتي، تفريحي، توريستي و فرهنگي هستند. از آنجا كه اصفهان در فصولي از سال ميزبان گردشگران و علاقه مندان به تفريح و گذران اوقات فراغت است لذا هدف از اين پژوهش اين است تا با استفاده از راهكارهاي معماري پايداردر طراحي يك مجموعه اقامتي، تفريحي،توريستي و فرهنگي، پيوند معماري با پايداري در راستاي كاهش مصرف انرژي از طريق پيوند معماري سنتي ايراني با مؤلفهها و شاخصها و الگوهاي معماري پايدار باالهام از معماري غربي براي گردشگران فراهم گردد. روش جمعآوري دادهها بصورت مطالعات كتابخانهاي، مصاحبه، مشاهده و فيشبرداري است. روش تجزيه تحليل دادهها در اين پژوهش با استفاده از استنباط و استنتاج از مطالعات صورت گرفته ميباشد. نتايج نشان داد پتانسيل فضاها بر حسب عملكرد و رويكرد تحقيق شامل استفاده از سقفهاي جاذب انرژي جهت تعديل حرارتي درون و اطراف بنا، توجه به استفاده از عملكرد سرمايشي بادگيردر فضاهاي اقامتي و تفريحي، ممانعت از ورود نور نامطلوب به فضاي داخلي با استفاده از سقفهاي كاذب و پوششي، بهرهمندي از سيركالسيون و جريان هواي طبيعي حياط به داخل فضاها، ايجاد مكانهاي تجمعي مانند گودال باغچه در حفظ و برقراريآسايش فيزيكي ميباشد.

Designing of residential cultural and tourist accommodation spaces with a sustainable architectural approach in Isfahan

one of the urban uses in designing and construction, minimum energy consumption and coexistence with natural and climatic conditions through sustainable architectural measures and should be considered and implemented by designers and executives, are cultural tourist recreation centers. Because Isfahan hosts tourists and those interested leisure in some seasons of year. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to use sustainable architectural solution in designing a cultural tourist recreation complex. Linking architecture with sustainability in order to reduce energy consumption by linking traditional Iranian architecture with sustainable architecture indicators and patterns inspired by western architecture for tourists provided. The method of data collection is library, studies, interviews, observation. Data analysis method in this study using inference from studies of energy absorbing roofs to adjust the temperature inside and around the building. Paying attention to the using of windbreak cooling function in recreational residential spaces preventing the entry of undesirable light into the interior space by using false and covered ceiling, benefiting from the circulation and natural air flow of the yard into the spaces, creating cumulative places such as garden pits in maintaining and physical comfort.
