طرح توسعه بيمارستان پورسينا رشت با رويكرد كنترل عفونت

كيده: با ظهور بيماري هاي نويني همچون كووييد 19 نياز هر چه بيشتر به قابليت يك كشور در كنترل و درمان عفونت مش ص ميشود ، از طرفي جايگاه ايران از منظر كنترل عفونت در ب ش درمان و خدمات بيمارستاني در جايگاه مناسبي قرار نداشته و رمارهاي موجود در زمينه ي عفونت و مرگ و مير ناشي از رن قابليت استناد براي جايگاه ايران در اين ب تر را ندارد. همچنين بيمارستان ها و مراكز درماني كه اصلي ترين مراكز مقابله با بيماريهاي نو ظهور همچون كوويد 19 ميباشند بايد عالوه بر تامين امنيت كادر درمان و بيماران ، خود نيز به منبع شيوع عفونت ها تبديل نگردند. معماري فضاهاي درماني نقش تعيين كننده اي در كمك به كنترل و بهبود شرايط فوق الذكر را ايفا ميكند كه اين به اين معناست كه طراحي معماري يك بناي درماني ميباي ت پاس گوي نيازهاي روز و مشكالت نوظهور در زمينه ي بروز عفونت و كنترل رن باشد. اين پژوهش تالش دارد تا به راهكارهاي مو ر در طراحي فضاهاي بيمارستاني براي كنترل شيوع عفونت و رمادگي براي شرايطي نوظهور همچون كووييد 19 دست پيدا كند. در اين پژوهش، يك طرح توسعه براي بيمارستان پورسينا واقع در شهر رشت با رويكرد كنترل عفونت ارائه خواهد شد. اين بيمارستان در ب ش مركزي شهر واقع مي باشد و كاربري درماني، رموزشي و ارجاعي دارد و بناهاي رن با كاربري هاي متفاوت در نقاط م تلف سايت بيمارستان گ ترده مي باشد كه در نتيجه مراجعه كنندگان مي باي ت از ساختماني به ساختمان ديگر مرتبا در حال رفت و رمد باشند.

Rasht’s Poursina hospital development plan with nosocomial and HCAI control approach

Abstract The necessity of a country's capability of being able to control and treat the infections shows its importance by the emergence of contemporary diseases such as Covid-19. On other hand Iran’s abilities to control hospital and hospital services associated infections doesn’t stand in an acceptable ranking and the statistics related to these infections isn’t capable of being used as a dependable sources of information. Hospital and healthcare centers as the main places to confront contemporary diseases and infections play the main role of protecting their staff and the patients therefore these places should not itself become infection spread sources in scenarios such as Covid 19. Architecture and the design of healthcare facilities play an important role in controlling and treatment of contemporary diseases which means the designs should be capable of solving healthcare associated infections that might emerge in future. This research attempts to consider and find effective methods of confronting healthcare facilities associated infections as well as contemporary infection diseases such as Covid-19. The study delivers a development plan for Poursina hospital which is located in Rasht considering nosocomial and HCAI control approach. Different aspect such as varying vertical and horizontal connections for different parts of the building, defining zones with capability of controlling the patients and staff flow in the buildings as well as natural light and ventilation are the main approaches considered as the results of this study.
