طراحي الگوي آپارتمان مسكوني با رويكرد پاسخگويي به نيازهاي كودك براي تحرك

با توجه به مطالعات روانشناختي ، نياز كودك به تحرك و بازي امري است كه در ارتقا سلامت رواني و جسمي كودك بسيار موثر و غير قابل چشم پوشي است . همچنين توجه به پاسخگويي به نيازهاي كودك به عنوان يكي از ساكنين آپارتمان مسكوني موضوعي است بايستي در كالبد آپارتمان مد نظر قرار گيرد . اما با توجه به محدوديت هاي موجود در كلانشهرها كه منجر به گسترش ساخت مجتمع هاي مسكوني و در نتيجه كاهش سهم حياط خصوصي در معماري معاصر گرديد ؛ در بسياري از خانه ها فضاي باز (حياط) كه پيش از اين مناسب ترين فضاي خصوصي جهت پاسخگويي به اين نياز زيستي كودك (تحرك و بازي) بوده است حذف و نهايتا فضاي نيمه باز كوچك ( تراس ) جايگزين آن شد . لذا جهت محدوديت بوجود آمده ، توجه به كالبد آپارتمان مسكوني و استفاده از ايده هاي معمارانه و بكارگيري اصول مشخص در طراحي آپارتمان مسكوني جهت ايجاد بستر مناسب تحرك كودك مساله اي است كه در اين پژوهش كوشش شده تا پاسخي مناسب بر اساس روش كمي (با كمك ابزار پرسشنامه ) با تجزيه و تحليل داده ها استخراج و ارائه گردد . بر اساس تحليل يافته هاي پژوهش استفاده از فضاي باز (حياط در ارتفاع) ، نيمه باز ( تراس ) و فضاي سبز و همچنين انعطاف پذيري در كالبد آپارتمان و استفاده از نور طبيعي مهمترين مفاهيمي است كه بايستي بعنوان اصول طراحي آپارتمان مسكوني جهت پاسخ به نياز كودك براي تحرك در آپارتمان مسكوني مد نظر قرار گيرد .

According to psychological studies, the child's need for movement is very effective and cannot be ignored. Also, paying attention to responding to the needs of the child as one of the residents of the residential apartment is an issue that should be considered in the apartment. However, due to the existing limitations in the metropolises, which led to the expansion of the construction of residential complexes and, as a result, the reduction of the share of private yards in contemporary architecture; In many houses, the open space, which was previously the most suitable private space to meet the child's biological needs, was removed and finally a small semi-open space was replaced. Therefore, due to the limitations that have arisen, paying attention to the body of the residential apartment and using architectural ideas and applying specific principles in the design of the residential apartment to create a suitable platform for the child's mobility is a problem that has been tried in this research to find a suitable answer based on a quantitative method extracted and presented by data analysis. Based on the analysis of the findings of the research, the use of open space, semi-open space and green space, as well as flexibility in the body of the apartment and the use of natural light, are the most important concepts that should be used as the design principles of a residential apartment to meet the needs The child should be considered for mobility in the residential apartment.
