محور تاريخي باغ شاه تا كارخانه چيت سازي بهشهر، بعنوان هسته اوليه شهر، داراي عناصر ارزشمند تاريخي است. وجود باغ¬ها و بازاري كه در امتداد باغ شاه شكل گرفته، اشاره به دوره صفوي و امتداد بازار و ساخت و بازسازي مغازه¬ها با شكلي مدرن، كارخانه چيت¬سازي و راه¬آهن اشاره به دوره پهلوي در بهشهر دارد. وجود عناصر تجاري، سنتي¬_تاريخي و صنعتي¬_ تاريخي اين محدوده را غني كرده كه در اثر تراكم بالاي عناصر مهم تشكيل دهنده در بهشهر دچار هرج و مرج و نابساماني¬هاي بسياري شده است. از دست رفتن نقش تاريخي باغ¬ها و كمرنگ شدن آنها در دل بافت شهري امروز، ركود اقتصادي در امتداد ورشكستگي و تخريب كارخانه چيت سازي و تمركز تجارت در بازار محله از آسيب¬هاي عمده¬ايست كه در اين پژوهش مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. فرآيند تحقيق در اين پژوهش با جمع آوري داده¬ها و تحليل داده ها انجام شده است. روش تحقيق شامل جمع آوري داده¬ها به شيوه مطالعات كتابخانه¬ايي، مراجعه به متون تاريخي، جمع آوري گنجينه افراد محلي و مطالعات و مشاهدات ميداني مي¬باشد. و تحليل داده¬ها به روش توصيفي-تحليلي و پيمايشي؛ شيوه تحليل ارئه جدول آسيب شناسي و جدول سوات است. در راستاي تحقق به اهداف فوق¬الذكر، مي¬توان از پتانسيل¬ها و ارزش¬هاي نهفته در اين شهر براي ارتقا كيفيت كالبدي و فضايي، بهبود شرايط اقتصادي و معرفي عناصر تاريخي بهشهر در سطح ملي و فراملي استفاده به عمل آورد.

Organizing the historical axis of Bagh-e Shah to the industrial heritage of Chit Sazi factory in Behshahr

The historic axis from Bagh Shah to Behshar Chit Factory is the senter corn of the city, has precious historic elements. The presence of gardens and a market that formed along Bagh Shah shows the Safavid period, and the extension of the market and the construction and renovation of shops with a modern shape, the chit-making factory and the railway show the Pahlavi period in Behshahr. The presence of commercial, traditional-historical and industrial-historical elements has enriched this axis, which has suffered a lot of chaos and disorder due to the high concentration of important constituent elements in Behshahr. The loss of the historical role of gardens and their diminution in the heart of today's urban fabric due to the economic recession along with the bankruptcy and destruction of the chit-making factory and the concentration of business in the neighborhood market are major damages that have been investigated in this research. The research process used in this research is descriptive-analytical along with the survey methodology. Its research method involves the collection of data within the framework of library studies, with reference to historical texts. Collect treasure from local people and field surveys and observations. Also, data analysis by descriptive-analytical and survey method; The method of analysis is presenting pathology table and SWAT table. To achieve the above goals, the potentials and values hidden in this city can be used to improve the physical and spatial qualities, and benefit from the improvement of economic conditions and the introduction of historical elements of Behshahr at the national and international level.
