Designing a squat-sitting toilet design in order to improve user satisfaction Despite the great need of communities and people, toilet design still does not have a suitable design in the whole world, and toilet design is still being completed and improved. 2.6 billion people in the world still do not have access to the personal health system and suffer from its complications. Interestingly, attention to body hygiene originates not from Europe and North America, but from countries in the far east such as Korea and Japan, but in the east, there are countries such as India and parts of China, which do not have access to appropriate health products and require appropriate design. And they are cheap. This project was also chosen because of the generality of the product. It is important that toilets are really designed for ease of use and provide suitable conditions for use. The design was carried out using the QFD method, the expansion of the quality function using a graphic method called "Quality House", identifies the customer's needs and connects them with the engineering demands so that the design is based on the customer's needs and the need for Reduce changes in product design. The design of the toilet was followed by examining the existing samples and analyzing the problem, and finally it led to the design of the toilet that has evolved in terms of form and function. Then, using the user-oriented process based on the criteria, samples were designed and eva‎luated and improved. After that, construction and production considerations were made and designs with a new mechanism were proposed. In the end, the design suitable for the user's needs as well as the selection and prototype construction approach was made and presented. Results and findings: Integration of foreign and traditional methods with each other, maintaining the former function, but with a review of the way of operation that improves the performance in order to improve user satisfaction, as well as involving ergonomic components and taking into account the findings of QFD.
