Cancer is one the most deadliest disease in all the world and the conventional treatment methods are not effective in cancer treatment. So many approche has been made in developing new nanocarrier to deliver anticancer drug directly to the tumor cells. Bio-polymer are highly biodegradable and have a high loading capacity for loading anticancer drugs. Chitosan derived from the chitin deacetylation and combining chitosan with MOFs can make a promising candidate for drug delivery usage. In order to deliver doxorubicin drug to tumor cells, we combine UiO-66, Fe3O4 with chitosan grafted β-Cyclodextrin and we saw, this hydrogel is pH sensitive and has a fantastic capacity for load and deliver anticancer drugs. In order to identify hydrogel we used FT-IR, EDX, Zeta potential, VSM, XRD and DLS. The drug was load and released by UV-VIS technique and was released in stimulated tumor cells(pH 5) , normal cells(pH 7.4) and pH 6.5.
