حمل و نقل ريلي پيشران توسعه اقتصادي است. حمل ‌و نقل ريلي نيز مانند بسياري از حوزه‌هاي صنعتي متأثر از روابط عرضه و تقاضا بوده و هرگونه اقدامي در اين حوزه بايد با توجه به روابط موجود و روندهاي آينده عرضه و تقاضا برنامه‌ريزي گردد. لذا به ‌منظور افزايش قابليت‌هاي برنامه‌ريزي در اين حوزه لازم است مقادير عرضه و تقاضا برآورد شده و متناسب با نتايج حاصله اقدام گردد. درهمين ‌رابطه، برآورد مقادير تقاضا از اهميت بيشتري برخوردار است زيرا عوامل مؤثر در ميزان تقاضا غالبا در حيطه اختيار اين بخش نيست و متأثر از شرايط محيطي، اقتصادي، سياسي و غيره مي‌باشد. هدف از اين پژوهش پيش بيني تقاضاي حمل ريلي بارهاي معدني، شناسايي مهمترين عوامل موثر در تقاضا و طراحي سناريوهاي خوشبينانه و بد بينانه بر اساس مهم¬ترين عوامل تاثير گذار است. در اين تحقيق به منظور پيش بيني تقاضا از روش رگرسيون چند متغيره استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتايج حاصله، پيش بيني مي¬شود در سال 1404 در سناريو خوشبينانه حد اكثر 9 درصد افزايش و در سناريو بد بينانه حد اكثر 10 درصد كاهش تقاضاي حمل بار ريلي نسبت به سال 1400 محقق گردد.

Predicting rail freight demand for mineral loads using scenario design and multivariate regression

Rail transport is the driver of economic development. Like many industrial fields, rail transportation is affected by supply and demand relationships, and any action in this field should be planned according to existing relationships and future supply and demand trends. Therefore, in order to increase the planning capabilities in this area, it is necessary to estimate the supply and demand values and take action according to the results. In this regard, the estimation of demand values is more important because the factors affecting the amount of demand are often not under the authority of this department and are affected by environmental, economic, political, etc. conditions. The purpose of this research is to predict the demand for rail transportation of mineral loads, to identify the most important influencing factors in demand and to design optimistic and pessimistic scenarios based on the most important influencing factors. In this research, in order to predict the demand, the multivariate regression method has been used. Based on the results, it is predicted that in 1404, in the optimistic scenario, there will be an increase of 9% and in the pessimistic scenario, there will be a decrease of 10%, compared to 1400.
