توجه به داده براي افراد و سازمان ها حياتي است و اهميت آن با گذشت زمان افزايش خواهد يافت؛ ولي با اين وجود تمركز بر انبار داده ها كفايت نمي كند و مهم تر از آن برقراري رابطه بين داده و فرآيندهاي عملياتي است. سازمان هاي پروژه محور به علت داشتن ماهيت موقتي بودن و برنامه ريزي هاي دقيق زماني و هزينه اي ، حائز اهميت بيشتري در اين زمينه هستند. اين امر نيازمند درك صحيحي از فرآيندهاي واقعي سازمان است. از طرفي يكي از موضوعات مهم براي مديريت سازمان هاي پروژه محور، مديريت فرآيندهاي كسب و كار آن است ولي با توجه به رفتار پويا و و پيچيدگي ذاتي يك سازمان پروژه محور ، شناسايي فرآيندهاي آن به كمك مدلسازي هاي سنتي رشته مديريت فرآيند كسب و كار ديگر قابل اتكا نيست. يك راه حل نسبتاً نوظهور براي مقابله با اين موضوع، مستندسازي خودكار و تحليل داده محور فرآيند كه از سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي و يا نرم افزارهاي مديريت فرآيند كسب و كار متصل به فرآيندهاي سازمان استفاده مي كنند، "فرآيندكاوي" نام دارد. در اين پژوهش چارچوبي معرفي شده است كه شناخت دقيق فرآيندي را به كار گرفته است تا عملكرد واحدهاي كسب و كار را در مقايسه با واقعيت اندازه گيري كند. اين چارچوب فراگير مراحل پيش نياز شناخت از جمله پايش و تميزسازي داده هاي سيستم اطلاعاتي يا نرم افزار متصل به فرآيند جهت كشف وضع موجود فرآيند و بررسي آن از منظرهاي مختلف براساس فرآيند منتخب را برعهده مي گيرد. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش ، توسعه چارچوبي براي بهبود فرآيند منتخب (فرآيند خريد) در شركت چاوش راه بنا بر پايه فرآيندكاوي مي باشد. پيشنهاد بهبود فرآيند با استفاده از پياده سازي و استخراج دانش از فرآيند ، كشف روابط غيرمنتظره و پنهان و يافتن گلوگاه هاي فرآيند خريد با استفاده از تكنيك هاي فرآيندكاوي در قالب چارچوبي در پژوهش حاضر ارائه گرديده است. شناسايي مديريت فرآيند خريد و فرآيندكاوي آن و شناسايي و ارائه پيشنهاداتي جهت بهبود فرآيند خريد در سازمان پروژه محور و ارائه يك مطالعه موردي اجراي موفق چارچوب ياد شده در شركت چاوش راه بنا حاصل مطالعه فوق مي باشد.

Analyze and improve the procurement process using process mining tools in a project-based organization

Paying attention to data is vital for individuals and organizations and its importance will increase over time; However, focusing on data warehousing is not enough, and establishing a relation between data and operational processes is more important. Project-oriented organizations are more important in this regard due to their temporary nature and accurate time and cost planning. This requires a proper understanding of the actual processes. On the other hand, one of the important issues for managing project-based organizations is managing its business processes, but due to the dynamic behavior and inherent complexity of a project-oriented organization, identifying its processes with the help of traditional business process management modeling is no longer reliable. A relatively newfound solution to this problem is automated documentation and process-oriented data analysis, which uses information systems or business process management softwares connected to the organization's processes, called "process mining". This study introduces a framework that employs accurate process recognition to measure the performance of business units in comparison to reality. This comprehensive framework undertakes implementation of the prerequisite steps of cognition, including monitoring and data cleaning of the information system or the software connected to the process to discover the current state of the process and examine it from different perspectives based on the selected process. The main purpose of this study is to develop a framework for improving the selected process (purchasing process) in Chavosh Rah Company based on process mining. Improving the process is introduced in the framework of the present study, by implementing and extracting knowledge from the process, discovering unexpected and hidden relations, and finding critical points in the purchasing process using process mining techniques. Identifying the purchasing process management, and process mining it and identifying and presenting suggestions for improving the purchasing process in the project-oriented organization and presenting a case study of a successful implementation of the mentioned framework in Chavosh Rah Bana Company, are the results of the following study.
