خانه اولين دنيايي است كه براي تك تك انسان ها تعريف شده است.رشد سريع شهرنشيني در چند دهه ي اخير،موجب افول اين فضا در شهرها شده است بگونه اي كه خانه ها ديگر بستر مناسبي براي فعاليت انسان ها نيستند كه اين خود ميتواند در كمرنگ شدن حس تعلق ساكنين نسبت به محيط زندگيشان تاثيرگذار باشد. احساس تعلق به يك مكان مفهومي چند بعدي، پيچيده و ميان رشته اي است كه جنبه هاي مختلف روابط افراد را با يك مكان تركيب مي كند. از نظر نيازهاي انسان، نياز به تعلق و عاطفه پس از نياز به امنيت در هرم مزلو طبقه بندي مي شود، بنابراين بايد در صدد تامين آن بود تا انسان مراحل رسيدن به سعادت را طي كند. احساس تعلق به مرزهاي عاطفي و رفتاري بين افراد و مكان ها اشاره دارد و مقياس هاي مختلفي را از منطقه اي به كشور ديگر در بر مي گيرد. احساس تعلق به يك مكان ،رابطه ي مثبتي است كه بين فرد و مكان ايجاد مي شود. احساس تعلق عميق به خانه يك پيوند عاطفي بين فرد و خانه است كه موجب ارتقاي احساس امنيت، آرامش و آسايش در ساكنين ايجاد شده و كيفيت زندگي آنها را افزايش دهد. براي ايجاد چنين پيوندي، داشتن برخي امكانات فيزيكي و اجتماعي در خانه ضروري است. اين پايان نامه سعي دارد با بررسي تأثيرات اجزاي معماري در مجتمع هاي مسكوني و نحوه تطبيق آنها در جهت حفظ و ارتقاي حس تعلق ساكنين به محل سكونت گام بردارد.

Designing residential complex in Zanjan with the approach of promoting sense of belonging to place

Home is the first world defined for every single human being. The feeling of belonging to a place is a multidimensional, complex, and interdisciplinary concept that combines different aspects of people's relationships with a place. This concept has attracted the attention of many researchers in various scientific fields (sociology, environmental psychology, anthropology, human geography, and architecture) in the past few decades.In terms of human needs, the need for belonging and affection is classified after the need for security in Maslow's pyramid, so one should aim to provide it so that a person can go through the stages of reaching happiness.The sense of belonging refers to the emotional and behavioral boundaries between people and places and includes different scales from region to country. The feeling of belonging to a place is after the general feeling of the place and the positive emotional attachment that is created between the person and the place. A deep sense of belonging to the house is a positive emotional bond between the person and the house, which can create a sense of security, peace, and comfort for the residents and increase their quality of life. To make such a bond, it is necessary to have some physical and social facilities at home.This thesis is trying to take a step by examining the effects of the architectural components in residential complexes and how to adapt them in order to maintain and improve the residents' sense of belonging to their place of residence.
