The rapid growth of the population, especially in developing countries, and the increase in life expectancy and life expectancy have caused the aging of societies. Functioning independently and not depending on others in daily activities becomes so important that some elderly consider it equivalent to being healthy. One of the most basic daily activities is eating, which is associated with challenges in old age. Considering the biological changes that appear in the way of living over time and transformations such as violations in working memory, boredom, reducing the ability to adapt to sudden changes in conditions and the inability to re-balance, the cooking process becomes problematic for elderly users. In this field-descriptive research, an effort was made to design a product related to the cooking process in order to help elderly users, which aims to increase and maintain the independence of the elderly. At first, with the help of library study and interviews, the needs of users were identified and criteria for idea generation were determined, and then the ideas were eva‎luated, and a final idea was developed and introduced from among them. The final idea, which is a physical product, has two parts: the device and its container. This design provides users with ease and safety in cooking by eliminating direct flame and automatic shutdown function.
