In today's modern era, it is necessary for every person to be able to remotely control and monitor their devices, assign tasks to them and interact with them. This reduces costs, increases efficiency, and most importantly, makes people's lives more comfortable. For this purpose, this thesis was written in line with the stated goals and was done with the motivation of creating a suitable platform on the Internet for people to communicate with their devices, such as the smart flower pot. In which, in addition to creating a suitable user interface for people to view their smart flower pot information, it allows them to easily access and control their smart flower pot. In this thesis, an attempt has been made to design a vase according to domestic and commercial needs; so that it can meet the needs of people. In the first place, the mechanical structure of the smart flower pot is designed, and after that, according to the needs of the it, all the parts needed to communicate with the smart flower pot on the internet are provided, and all of them are properly placed in the its structure, and the conditions for communicating the smart flower pot in the internet platform was prepared. Smart flower pot information such as temperature, humidity, soil moisture, etc. are measured and displayed on the written user software for viewing from the user's side. On the other hand, in order to control the water requirement of the plant and keep the humidity of the smart flower pot soil in suitable conditions, a fuzzy controller is formed to regulate the humidity of the plant soil in addition to supplying the water required by the plant for growth. All the mentioned items can be seen from the user's side, and the user can also manually water and supply the required light of his plant remotely and by means of his smart device. As a result of the work done, in addition to providing convenience for the user, it provides the possibility of two-way communication between the user and the smart pot in order to create suitable conditions for the plant.
