در اين تحقيق وضعيت اقامتگاههاي بومگردي مورد توجه واقع شده و به بررسي عوامل موثر بر طراحي اقامتگاه بومگردي در جذب توريست پرداخته شده است . عوامل براساس ميزان موثر بودن در جذب توريست اولويت بندي شده و در آخر راهكارهايي جهت به كارگيري عوامل در طراحي پيشنهاد شده است . روش تحقيق از نوع توصيفي است . براي گردآوري اطلاعات در مرحله اول از روش كتابخانه اي و در مرحله بعد از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. داده ها در نرم افزار اس پي اس اس تحليل شدند. نتايج كلي به دست آمده نشان داد كه موثرترين عامل در جذب توريست همگام بودن بنا با طبيعت است و عامل د سترسي بهتر به فضاهاي جمعي كمترين ميزان تاثير را دارد.

Investigating factors affecting the design of ecotourism accommodation in attracting tourists

In this research, the status of eco-residences has been considered and the effective factors on the design of ecotourism accommodation in attracting tourists have been investigated and the factors have been prioritized based on their effectiveness in attracting tourists, and finally, solutions have been proposed to apply the factors in the design. The research method is descriptive. To collect information, the library method was used in the first stage, and the questionnaire was used in the next stage. Data were analyzed in SPSS software. The general results obtained showed that the most effective factor in attracting tourists is the synchronization of the building with nature, and the factor of better access to public spaces has the least impact.
