امروزه شاهد افزايش جمعيت شهرها و به دنبال آن رشد و توسعه سريع شهرنشيني در اكثر شهرها و كشورها هستيم كه اين مسئله هميشه به عنوان يك چالش سر راه طراحان شهري بوده است. بافت هاي قديمي و تاريخي نيز از اين قاعده مستثنا نبوده است و هميشه اين مسئله بحثي بين طراحان براي يافتن راه‌حل‌هايي جهت احيا بافت هاي تاريخي به گونه‌اي حفاظت‌محور كه بقا آثار تاريخي و با ارزش شهري را تضمين كند بوده است. رويكرد بازآفريني‌شهري طي سال هاي اخير به يك سياست شهري تبديل شده است كه هدفش ارائه ي راه حل پايدار و همه جانبه براي مشكلات شهري براي توسعه مجدد شهري است. هدف اين پايان‌نامه بررسي هويت و ارتقا ارزش‌هاي تاريخي و يكپارچگي و اصالت گذر معزي دزفول با رويكرد بازآفريني‌شهري است. روش انجام اين پژوهش با توجه به ماهيت و هدف پروژه، مولفه¬هاي مورد بررسي، به صورت ميداني و استفاده از روش هاي اسنادي و همچنين تلفيقي از روش¬هاي توصيفي_تحليلي به منظور گردآوري اطلاعات و داده¬هاي اين پژوهش استفاده شده است.

Revitalization plan of historical passage Moezzi in the Historic District of Dezful with Urban Regeneration approach

Today, we are witnessing the increase in the population of cities, followed by the rapid growth and development of urbanization in most cities and countries, which has always been a challenge for urban planners. Old and historical contexts have not been excluded from this rule, and this issue has always been a debate between designers to find solutions to revive historical contexts in a conservation-oriented way that ensures the survival of historical and valuable urban works. The urban regeneration approach has become an urban policy in recent years, which aims to provide a sustainable and comprehensive solution to urban problems for urban redevelopment. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the identity and promotion of historical values and integrity and authenticity of the Moezi passage of Dezful with the urban regeneration approach. The method of conducting this research, according to the nature and purpose of the project, the investigated components, was used in the field and the use of documentary methods, as well as a combination of descriptive-analytical methods in order to collect information and data for this research.
