Many decisions and programs have been made to provide housing in the country, but in such programs, only the economic dimension, that is, only the reduction of the economic burden by reducing the size and dimension, has been paid attention to, and they have neglected the qualitative aspects, while the housing for The use of users is designed and their needs should also be considered in the design. This is the reason why the quality of life decreases in minimal housing. The purpose of this research is to extract the qualitative and quantitative design components of minimal residential complexes for the 3-7 decile of Ardabil city. In this research, the frequency of each component was extracted first from the descriptive method to extract the components and then using the content analysis, then in the next step, from the foundation data method to obtain the qualitative categories of minimum housing in Ardabil city (using the interview tool). it has been used. Finally, using Dah Foundation method, 19 categories were extracted, and among these 19 categories, shared space, lack of multi-purpose space, consideration of storage, neighborhood with old and quiet neighbors, open and semi-open space, limited access for vehicles, privacy, Direct lighting, large reception, cheap housing and moisture and thermal insulation have become more important. In the next step, to reach the quantitative components, plans were selected according to the literature on the subject in different periods, and quantitative components such as the size of the units, the percentage of private and public space, the size of micro-spaces were analyzed and examined, and finally The optimum span for the design has been achieved. In the last part, based on the dimensions obtained from the foundation's data method, a comparison was made between the residents of the neighborhood and the workers involved, and it is clear that both groups shared the first rank, which is the physical system, but they differed from each other in the second and third ranks, the social dimension. And the safety dimension was the second most important for the residents and the social dimension was the second most important for the workers involved.
