هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسي سيستماتيك اثر مسير تماس بر ويژگي‌هاي روغنكاري مخلوط، اصطكاك و خستگي تماس در چرخ‌دنده هاي مخروطي مارپيچي با در نظر گرفتن زبري سطح است. علاوه بر آن كمينه كردن مقادير افت بگونه اي كه از نتايج اتلاف بين دو چرخدنده براي تعداد بيشتري دنده و مثلا در يك جعبه دنده استفاده كرد. در اين بررسي از مدلسازي در نرم افزار كامسول استفاده شده است. يك تجزيه و تحليل جامع براي هندسه چرخ دنده، سينماتيك و بار تماس با مسير تماس متفاوت تحت تاثير پارامترهاي مونتاژ بر اساس تجزيه و تحليل تماس دندانه بارگذاري شده اجرا شده است. بر اساس نتايج بدست آمده در نرم افزار، معادلات رياضي برازش شده براي بكارگيري ساده‌تر تاثير چند پارامتر بررسي شده بر تلفات چرخدنده بدست آمده است.

The aim of the present study is to systematically investigate the effect of the contact path on the characteristics of mixed lubrication, friction and contact fatigue in helical bevel gears, taking into account the surface roughness. In addition, minimizing the loss values in a way that used the results of the loss between two gears for a greater number of gears and for example in a gearbox. In this study, modeling was used in Comsol software. A comprehensive analysis for gear geometry, kinematics and contact load with different contact path under the influence of assembly parameters has been implemented based on loaded tooth contact analysis. Based on the results obtained in the software, fitted mathematical equations have been obtained for easier application of the effect of several investigated parameters on gear losses.
