The industrial station is the beating heart of rail transportation. The development of the stations is based on the increase of cargo handling and the increase of its transfer speed. With the increase of traffic passing through the stations, the paving of the industrial station lines experience different tensions and conditions compared to their current situation. Ballast pavement, concrete slab pavement and asphalt pavement are among the most common types of pavements in railway lines. Choosing the pavement system in an industrial railway station requires the examination of criteria and sub-criteria affecting the system. The purpose of this research is to find the pavement system in an industrial railway station (case study: Mes Sarcheshme railway station) based on effective criteria and sub-criteria. For this purpose, by using the available resources, the opinions of university experts and railway experts, four criteria of traffic, cost, safety and environment, each of which includes three sub-criteria, were selected. Traffic sub-criteria include load-centered traffic, cumulative traffic from the perspective of access to maintenance and repair operations, and cumulative traffic from the perspective of maintenance and repair costs, the cost criterion includes the sub-criteria of construction cost, maintenance and repair cost, and reconstruction cost, safety criterion including loading and unloading systems, intersection with Road and derailment and environmental criteria include vibrations and noise, pollution caused by greenhouse gas emissions, and snow removal and frost. The research method of this research is multi-criteria decision-making, DANP-FUZZY model, which uses the Dimtel method to weight the criteria and sub-criteria and the ANP method to communicate between the criteria and sub-criteria. The results of weighting the criteria show that traffic affects all other criteria. After that, the safety criterion affects the cost and the environment and is affected by the traffic criterion. Among the sub-criteria determined in the traffic issue, the accessibility of maintenance and repair operations has the highest weight and affects all other sub-criteria, but the intersection with the road has a high weight, but it is affected by several less weighted criteria. Traffic and cost sub-criteria have the most weight, but safety sub-criteria are more effective than environmental sub-criteria. As a general result, it can be said that the ballast pavement with a 12.3% difference compared to the concrete pavement is chosen as the optimal pavement for implementation in Sarcheshme copper industrial station. Also, the grade of ballast pavement is 19.3% higher than the grade of asphalt pavement. Also, concrete pavement with 8% difference compared to asphalt pavement has been chosen as the second pavement for implementation.
