جنگل‌ها، ريه‌هاي زمين، نقشي بي‌بديل در حيات كره‌ي خاكي ايفا مي‌كنند. حفاظت و نگهداري از اين اكوسيستم‌هاي ارزشمند، به دليل قرارگيري در معرض تخريب و جنگل‌زدايي و ايجاد تغييرات اقليمي، نگراني‌هايي ايجاد كرده‌است. اهميت موضوع سبب شد تا نشست گلاسكو در سال 2021 برگزار و به بحث و بررسي حفاظت از جنگل و تغييرات اقليمي بپردازد. جنگل‌ها و سكونتگاه‌هاي روستايي دو عنصر حياتي و وابسته به هم در حفظ تعادل زيست‌محيطي و توسعه پايدار هستند. پژوهش حاضر در راستاي حفظ جنگل‌ها، به بررسي پراكندگي روستاها و تاثير آن بر جنگل‌ها مي‌پردازد. هدف اين پژوهش ارائه يك الگوي كارآمد براي پراكنش سكونتگاه‌هاي روستايي واقع در جنگل‌هاي زاگرس (هورامان) است. به دليل اهميت اين منطقه به عنوان يك ميراث جهاني، عدم مديريت صحيح و از بين رفتن مساحت زيادي از جنگل‌ها به دليل جنگل‌خواري و آتش‌سوزي، ضرورت انجام اين تحقيق را بيش از پيش آشكار مي‌كند. در اين پايان‌نامه با استفاده از مرور مباني نظري، شاخص‌هاي موثر بر پراكندگي سكونتگاه‌ها در محدوده جنگلي در چهار معيار استخراج شده است كه شامل معيار زمين‌شناسي با شاخص‌هاي ارتفاع، شيب، جهت‌گيري شيب، سختي سطح و فاصله تا گسل؛ معيار دسترسي با شاخص‌هاي فاصله تا جاده، فاصله تا رودخانه، فاصله تا شهر، فاصله تا روستا، قابليت اراضي و جمعيت؛ معيار اقليم با شاخص‌هاي آلودگي، بارش، دما، آب و هوا، باد، پوشش گياهي، رطوبت و فرسايش خاك؛ و معيار توليدات با شاخص‌هاي توليدات حيواني و كشاورزي مي‌باشد. پس از دستيابي به شناخت كامل، مقايسه دودويي و وزندهي هريك از معيارها و شاخص‌ها براي 267 روستاي منتخب در بخش جنگلي اين منطقه با استفاده از مدل AHP و نرم‌افزار GIS انجام گرفت و الگوي نهايي براي روستاهاي واقع در بخش جنگلي با پوشش بالا ارائه گرديد. الگوي نهايي پايان‌نامه با استفاده از چهار سياست اصلي ممنوعيت سكونت در روستا، انتقال سكونتگاه، ادغام چندين سكونتگاه و تثبيت در وضع موجود با رعايت شروط مطرح شده، پيشنهاد شده تا بتواند هم ماهيت سكونتگاه‌هاي روستايي را بهبود بخشد و هم از جنگل‌ها در برابر تخريب و جنگل‌زدايي و ... حفاظت كند.

Presenting the distribution pattern of rural settlements in forest areas (Case Study: Hawraman World Heritage)

Forests, the lungs of the earth, play an irreplaceable role in the life of the earth. Protection and maintenance of these valuable ecosystems has caused concerns due to exposure to destruction and deforestation and climate change. The importance of the issue caused the Glasgow meeting to be held in 2021 and discuss forest protection and climate change. Forests and rural settlements are two vital and interdependent elements in maintaining environmental balance and sustainable development. In order to preserve forests, the current research examines the dispersion of villages and its effect on forests. The aim of this research is to provide an efficient model for the distribution of rural settlements located in the forests of Zagros (Hawraman). Due to the importance of this area as a world heritage, the lack of proper management and the loss of a large area of forests due to deforestation and fire, the necessity of conducting this research becomes more apparent. In this thesis, by reviewing the theoretical foundations, indicators affecting the dispersion of settlements in the forest area have been extracted in four criteria, which include geological criteria with indicators of height, slope, slope orientation, surface hardness, and distance to the fault; accessibility criteria with indicators of distance to road, distance to river, distance to city, distance to village, land capacity and population; Climate criteria with indicators of pollution, precipitation, temperature, weather, wind, vegetation, humidity and soil erosion; And the standard of production is with indicators of animal and agricultural products. After achieving complete understanding, binary comparison and weighting of each of the criteria and indicators was done for 267 selected villages in the forest part of this region using AHP model and GIS software, and the final model was presented for the villages located in the forest part with high coverage. The final model of the thesis is proposed by using four main policies of banning living in the village, transfer of the settlement, integration of several settlements and stabilization in the existing situation in compliance with the proposed conditions, in order to improve both the nature of the rural settlements and the forests against destruction and Deforestation and... protection.
