ويژگي ھاي زبان آموزان موفق و كارآمد در دوره ھاي آنلاين آموزش زبان

واضح است كھ مسئلھ ي آموزش آنلاين اھميت فراواني يافتھ است; افزون بر پيدايش ھمھ گيري اخير – ھمھ گيري كوويد 19 – كھ روش ھاي معمولي آموزش را بھ روش ھاي از راه دور تبديل كرد و تعداد زيادي از دانش آموزان را وادار بھ مواجھھ با دنياي آموزش مجازي كرد. اين تحقيق با ھدف جستجو و يافتن گستره اي از ويژگي ھاي مورد نياز كھ براي تبديل افراد بھ دانش آموزان موفق، بھ طور اخص در رابطھ با زبان آموزان دوره ھاي زبان انگليسي در ھر دو محيط آموزشگاھي و دانشگاھي ضروري مي باشد، انجام شده است. بر ھمين اساس، اين تحقيق معيارھاي پراھميت كھ بھ اين افراد نسبت داده مي شود را بھ وسيلھ ي يك پرسش نامھ و يك مصاحبھ مورد بندي كرده است. ديدگاه ھاي تخصصي اساتيد باتجربھ بررسي و سپس با ديدگاه ھاي زبان آموزان مبني بر تعريف درست دانش آموزان مجازي كارآمد تركيب شد. يافتھ ھا نشان داد كھ ھر دو گروه موارد خودگرداني و خود تنظيمي در مطالعھ را مورد تاييد قرار دادند. بھ بيان ديگر، اھميت كنترل داشتن روي روند مطالعھ و يادگيري و انجام اقدامات مناسب بھ منظور جبران فقدان تعامل كافي بھ طور مستقيم با معلم ھا، بھ طور قابل توجھي توسط اساتيد مورد مصاحبھ تاييد شد. ھمچنين موضوع پذيرفتن مسئوليت يادگيري و ھدف گذاري در جھت بھ دست آوردن نتايج سودمند از جانب دانش آموزان ھم مورد پذيرش قرار گرفت.

Features of Successful and Efficacious Learners with regard to Online EFL Courses

It is tacitly understood that, ‘the matter of learning through the internet’ has become exclusively important; along with the emergence of recently tackled pandemic entitled the COVID-19 Pandemic which transformed the normal methods of education into remote ones and obliged most of learners to encounter the virtual world of learning. This research aimed at exploring a range of traits and required features essential for students to turn into a successful online learner; particularly in relation with English learning courses both at the university as well as at language institutes. Accordingly, this research has itemized crucial features that are attributed to successful online learners of English by means of a questionnaire and an interview. Expert views of professors were analyzed and combined with the views of learners themselves regarding what features define an effective online learner. As far as the results are concerned, there was enough confirmation on behalf of both groups toward the matter of autonomy and self-regulation in studying; in better words, it was noticeably agreed by professors that successful students in the area of online learning would be those who have considerable control over their studying and learning process and can even take proper measures to somehow compensate for the lack of sufficient face-to-face interaction with their instructors. It was also accepted by the majority of learners that they themselves are required to undertake the responsibility of goal-setting and learning to be able to achieve worthwhile results.
