Bridges are among the most important parts of transportation systems, which play a key role in the transportation system in big cities, and the need for their repair and maintenance is greater than other members of this system. It is more and more expensive. Prioritizing bridges for maintenance and then for budgeting is of great interest to researchers and governments. The performance of bridges, as the most important and at the same time the most vulnerable components of the transportation network, has a significant impact on the efficiency of the entire network. Any disruption in the functioning of these components may lead to huge financial and human losses, disruption of the road network and traffic system, and interruption of access to various centers. Bridges lose performance and damage over time due to gradual stresses and sudden stresses. In order to improve the condition of bridges and prevent irreparable damage, maintenance should be done periodically. But in real conditions, there are limited resources for maintenance and in order to allocate the correct resources, bridges must be prioritized. In order to properly prioritize bridges for repair and maintenance, criteria for prioritizing bridges should be identified based on previous studies and valid international databases and weighted accurately. In this thesis, first, based on previous studies, all the criteria are identified, and then the best-worst method is used to weight the criteria on the web platform using the judgment of expert experts in the field of bridge maintenance. At the end, 9 different criteria were identified and weighted for the ranking of bridges, the bridge age criterion was the most important criterion and the bridge length criterion was the least important criterion.
