Due to some factors such as the uniqueness of projects, the dynamic nature of the industry, as well as the lack of attention of managers, the construction industry has a higher accident rate than other industries. A very important point in this industry is that the best way to improve safety management and reduce risks in projects is to pay attention to the issue of safety culture.Safety culture is an issue that will create empathy in complying with safety issues, and all people in the construction industry projects consider themselves responsible for safety. Finally, some past studies focused on the favorable effect of paying attention to safety culture in improving health and safety in construction industry projects and noted the importance of paying attention to this issue. A very important thing about organizations active in the construction industry is that these organizations should be able to measure the maturity level of their organizational safety culture at the present time and finally make appropriate decisions to improve the maturity level of their organization's safety culture.Finally, the results of this research using the method of sensitivity analysis and changing the percentage of extra effort related to all five enabling factors showed that among all the factors, the perspective and strategy factor with a reduction in duration for 4 time units compared to other influencing factors more on reducing the duration of maturity of the organization in the field of safety culture, and then the factors of leadership culture and creating sustainable value were placed with a reduction of three time units, which of course is better between the two because of the basic nature of culture and leadership, the importance He considered it more than the factor of sustainable value creation, and after these three factors, the driving factor of performance is placed with a decrease of two time units, and finally, the participation of stakeholders is placed with a decrease of one time unit.It is important to pay attention to this point. This amount of time unit reduction compared to the implementation of the basic program, in which the amount of extra effort is zero, has been calculated.
