Engineering Organization Human Resources are different within the human resources of other organizations, because they are science based, creative, spontaneous, peripatetic(mobile), learner, independent, thinker, flexible, confident and are oriented, thus factors which are too effective for desertion and retain the knowledge-based staff, are unique features, so, preserve this important resource, is seen as one of the organization crucial. This article which is the product field study examined (reviewed) factors affecting on desertion and retain the knowledge-based staff of Ghods Niroo Company Branch and give (advance) scientific solutions to improve it.In this survey, four main hypotheses and eleven sub-hypotheses are tested, the main hypotheses are: there is a meaningful relationship between individual development planning, socialization processes, organization development planning with retain the knowledge-based staff and there is a meaningful relationship between the shocks working with desertion by knowledge-based staff. Sub-hypotheses are: there is a meaningful relationship between career and promote organizational chart, creating an atmosphere of personal knowledge development, participation in decision making, flexible and floats attendance times, the development of communication in working groups, challenge activities, independent practice activities, and payment systems and appropriate rewards, participation in the organization's business objectives with retain the knowledge-based staff and there is a significant relationship between not meeting job expectations and dignity reduce with desertion by knowledge-based staff.
All assumptions are verified based on Research results. These hypotheses suggest the importance of each research subject on desertion and retain the knowledge-based staff. Also, their priorities have been approved as mentioned.
