توجه به داده براي افراد و سازمان‌ها حياتي است و اهميت آن با گذشت زمان افزايش خواهد يافت؛ ولي بااين‌وجود تمركز بر انبار داده‌ها كفايت نمي‌كند و مهم‌تر از آن برقراري رابطه بين داده و فرآيندهاي عملياتي است. اين امر نيازمند درك صحيحي از فرآيندهاي واقعي سازمان است. از طرفي يكي از موضوعات مهم براي مديريت سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور، مديريت فرآيندهاي كسب‌وكار آن است ولي با توجه به رفتار پويا و پيچيدگي ذاتي يك سازمان، شناسايي فرآيندهاي آن به كمك مدل‌سازي‌هاي سنتي رشته مديريت فرآيند كسب‌وكار ديگر قابل‌اتكا نيست. يك راه‌حل نسبتاً نوظهور براي مقابله با اين موضوع، مستندسازي خودكار و تحليل داده محور فرآيند كه از سيستم‌هاي اطلاعاتي و يا نرم‌افزارهاي مديريت فرآيند كسب‌وكار متصل به فرآيندهاي سازمان استفاده مي‌كنند، فرآيند كاوي نام دارد. در اين پژوهش چارچوبي معرفي شده است كه هدف، شناخت دقيق فرآيندي را به كار گرفته است تا عملكرد واحدهاي كسب‌وكار را در مقايسه با واقعيت اندازه‌گيري كند. روش اين تحقيق، چارچوب فراگير مراحل پيش‌نياز شناخت از جمله پايش و تميز سازي داده‌هاي سيستم اطلاعاتي يا نرم‌افزار متصل به فرآيند جهت كشف وضع موجود فرآيند و بررسي آن از منظرهاي مختلف بر اساس فرآيند منتخب را بر عهده مي‌گيرد. و نتايجي از قبيل، شناسايي نقشه‌هاي فرآيند واقعي، انحرافات در سازمان، معرفي فعاليت‌هاي غير جذاب و گلوگاه و پيشنهادهاي براي بهبود فرايند را در بر مي‌گيرد.

On the one hand, one of the important issues for the management of project-oriented organizations is the management of its business processes, but considering the dynamic behavior and inherent complexity of a project-oriented organization, identifying its processes with the help of modeling Traditional field of other business process management It is not reliable. A relatively new solution to deal with this issue is the automatic documentation and process-oriented data analysis that use information systems or business process management software related to the organization's processes. It is called process mining. In this research, a framework has been introduced that uses accurate knowledge of the process to measure the performance of business units in comparison with reality. This framework includes the prerequisite stages of knowledge, including monitoring and cleaning the data of the information system or the software related to the process in order to discover the existing state of the process and its examination from different points of view based on the selected process. It will be undertaken.
