This thesis examines and eva‎luates the restoration and revitalization of Chaharso Maqsood Zorkhaneh in Isfahan with a look at Zorkhaneh culture from the past to the present. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the importance and effect of the restoration and revival plan of this building in preserving and protecting the Zorkhaneh culture in Isfahan. Zorkhane culture, with a deep and rooted history in this region, is a symbol of art and cultural values that must be preserved and promoted. In this research, firstly, by reviewing the history of Zorkhanehs in Isfahan and their role in local culture, the importance of these buildings is examined over time. Then, the restoration and revitalization plan of Chaharso Maqsood Isfahan Zorkhaneh is examined. This plan is implemented in order to preserve and revive Zorkhaneh using modern architectural and restoration techniques and methods. Examining the effects of this project on the culture of Zorkhaneh and the local community is also considered. Among the effects that could include greater public awareness of Zorkhaneh culture, economic and social development of the region, and the creation of a prominent tourist attraction. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of preserving and reviving zorkhanehs in Isfahan and their role in preserving local culture. This research can be useful as a guide for designers, restoration specialists and policy makers in the field of preservation and protection of zurkhanehs and their culture in other regions.
