از مشكلات روش هاي ساخت متداول در ايران سرعت پايين ساخت، پر هزينه بودن و كيفيت و نظارت پايين ميباشد. كه تمام اين ها كشور را با بحران مسكن روبرو كرده است. ما براي حل اين بحران ناگزير به استفاده از روش هاي نوين ساخت و پيشساخته سازي هستيم؛ اما از چالش هاي ورود پيشساخته سازي به بازار ايران عدم مطابقت اين سيستم ها با معيار هاي ساخت و الگو زندگي مردم ميباشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه راه حلي براي افزايش سرعت و كيفيت ساخت و افزايش انعطاف پذيري و كيفيت مسكن هاي پيش ساخته ، يك الگوي پيش ساخته مدولار براي مسكن ميان مرتبه ارائه داده است كه سهولت حمل و نصب دارد و نياز به تجهيزات سنگين ندارد و با اجزاء مدولار انعطاف پذير قابليت تغيير و گسترش را به كاربر و سازنده فراهم ميكند. در اين راستا ابتدا پس از بررسي انواع سيستم هاي پيش ساخته و انعطاف پذيري و تدوين معيار هاي طراحي متناسب با نياز هاي يك مسكن مناسب در ايران به تدوين راهبرد هاي طراحي بر اساس مقايسه سيستم هاي پيش ساخته با اين معيار ها پرداختيم و با استفاده از اين راهبرد ها سيستم پيشساخته اي متشكل از اجزاء سخت و نرم طراحي شد كه الگويي منعطف،سريع و با كيفيت براي ساخت مسكن ميان مرتبه در ايران ارائه ميدهد. در پايان با معرفي دستور زبان استفاده از اين الگو به معرفي نحوه كاربرد اين سيستم در مسكن و طراحي يك نمونه موردي پارتمان مسكوني با استفاده از اين سيستم پرداختيم.

Prefabricated structural system for mid-rise residential buildings in iran

One of the problems of common building structurs in Iran is slow construction speed, high cost and low quality and supervision. All this has made the country face a housing crisis. To solve this crisis, we are forced to use new methods of construction and prefabrication; However, one of the challenges of entering prefab in the Iranian market is the non-compliance of these systems with the standards of construction and people's life patterns. With the aim of providing a solution to increase the speed and quality of construction and increase the flexibility and quality of prefabricated housing, the present research has presented a modular prefabricated model for mid range housing that is easy to transport and install and does not require heavy equipment and with Flexible modular components provide the ability to change and expand to the user and the manufacturer. In this regard, after examining the types of prefab systems and compiling design criteria according to the needs of a suitable housing in Iran, we developed design strategies based on the comparison of prefab systems with these criteria, and using These strategies were designed as a prefabricated system consisting of hard and soft components, which provides a flexible, fast and high-quality model for the construction of mid-range housing in Iran. At the end, by introducing the grammar of using the model, we introduced how to use this system in housing and design a case example of a residential apartment using this system.
