چكيده هماهنگي و پيوستگي ميان اجزاء، عناصر ، فضاها و فعاليتها در شهرهاي تاريخي ايران سبب مي شود كه اين شهرها به صورت يك كل منسجم از اجزاء در ذهن تجلي يابد بنابراين هر گونه دخالت و تغيير در اجزاء و عناصر ساختار كالبدي شهرها تحت عناويني چون مرمت شهري ، ساماندهي و بازآفريني نياز به شناخت درست و رعايت اصول ساخت و سازمان فضايي آنها را ضروري مي نمايد . سازمان فضايي شهرهاي تاريخي ايران از تركيب فضاهاي شهري به شكل شبكه اي انسجام يافته و هماهنگ از فضاهاي پويا وايستا انتظام يافته است و از آنجا كه راههاي ارتباطي و فضاهاي عمومي به عنوان مكانهاي مهم فعاليت و زندگي محسوب مي شود در نتيجه اين شبكه از فضاهاي شهري علاوه بر وجه كالبدي به شكل عرصه هاي اجتماعي و مكانهاي تعاملات و زندگي شهري نيز عملكرد دارد . در اين ميان پيش بيني فضاهاي جمعي به عنوان يكي از ضرورتهاي تداوم جريان حيات بافلت هاي شهري و امكان بهره گيري از آنها براي تامين مكاني جهت تعاملات اجتماعي و كنشهاي مدني ،به دليل ناكارآمد بودن فضاها و بافت هاي تاريخي از الويت مهم اجرايي مرمت شهري به شمار مي آيد در اين پايان نامه سعي شده است كه با تبيين ضرورت ايجاد فضاي شهري در چارچوب اقدامات مرمت شهري، جهت بازآفريني ارزشهاي گذشته در كنار پاسخگويي به ارزشهاي امروزي در طرح به اهداف زير دست يافته شود . 1- معاصر سازي بافت به وسيله رفع مشكلات و استفاده از توانمندي هاي موجود 2- بازآفريني و احياي اجتماعي- كالبدي اين عرصه ها بر اساس آفرينش كالبد جديد با حفظ ارزشهاي تاريخي 3- جذب و تقويت حضور مردم و گردشگر به وسيله ايجاد محيطهاي خاطره انگيز و حفظ و تقويت عناصر هويت بخش و با ارزش بر اين اساس توسعه ساختارهاي جديد در زمينه هاي تاريخي با برخورداري از ويژگي هايي چون هماهنگي ، انطباق ، پيوستگي و همپيوندي مي تواند موجب ارتقاء محيط هاي تاريخي گردد اما آنچه كه در اين ميان بسيار مهم است توجه به زمينه است تا ساختار جديد ضمن حفظ ارزشها سبب ارتقاء وضع موجود گردد . پايان نامه حاضر تلاشي است در جهت بيان جايگاه فضاها و بستر تاريخي در احيا ، ساماندهي و بازآفريني ساختار فضايي كالبدي عرصه هاي تاريخي شهري با توجه به معيارهاي كالبدي ، عملكردي و هويتي آن جهت خلق يك مكان (فضاي شهري) در روند اقدامات مرتبط به مرمت شهري كه نتايج حاصله از آن در محور امير كبير شهر كاشان در محدوده حد فاصل باغ فين تا باغ كهنه در حيطه بررسي و آزمون گذاشته شده ست .

Abstract The coordination and continuity between the parts, elements, spaces and activities in the historical cities of Iran causes these cities to manifest as a coherent whole of parts in the mind, so any interference and change in the parts and elements of the physical structure of the cities under titles such as urban restoration , organizing and recreating the need to know and observe the principles of construction and their spatial organization is necessary. The spatial organization of the historical cities of Iran has been organized by the combination of urban spaces in the form of an integrated and coordinated network of dynamic and spatial spaces, and since communication ways and public spaces are considered as important places of activity and life, as a result of this network of urban spaces In addition to the physical aspect, it also functions in the form of social arenas and places of interaction and urban life. In the meantime, predicting collective spaces as one of the necessities for the continuation of the life flow of urban flats and the possibility of using them to provide a place for social interactions and civic actions, due to the ineffectiveness of historical spaces and textures, is an important executive priority of urban restoration. In this dissertation, it has been tried to achieve the following goals by explaining the necessity of creating an urban space in the framework of urban restoration measures, in order to recreate the values of the past while responding to the values of today. 1- Contemporizing the context by solving problems and using existing capabilities 2- Regeneration and socio-physical revitalization of these areas based on the creation of a new body while preserving historical values 3- Attracting and strengthening the presence of people and tourists by creating memorable environments and preserving and strengthening valuable and identity-giving elements Based on this, the development of new structures in historical contexts with features such as coordination, adaptation, continuity and integration can improve historical environments, but what is very important in this regard is to pay attention to the context rather than the new structure while preserving the values. to improve the status quo. The present thesis is an attempt to express the place of spaces and historical background in revitalizing, organizing and recreating the physical spatial structure of historical urban areas according to its physical, functional and identity criteria in order to create a place (urban space) in the process of actions related to restoration. A city where the results obtained from Amir Kabir axis of Kashan city in the distance between Bagh Fin and Bagh Kohene are in the area of investigation and testing.
