افزايش روز افزون و رشد چشم¬گير تقاضا در جابجايي كالا، نظر كارشناسان و مديران زيادي را در ارتباط با بهبود روند و افزايش كارايي اين صنعت به خود جلب كرده است. در اين حين مديريت زنجيره تامين، لجستيك و مديريت تداركات در سيستم پخش و توزيع در زمينه هاي مختلف روز به روز در حال پيشرفت و باعث كاهش برخي هزينه¬هاي گزاف در صنعت جابجايي كالا مي¬باشد. صنعت حمل¬ونقل دريايي نقش عمده¬اي در جابجايي كالا در بخش¬هاي صادرات، واردات، ترانزيت و ساير رويه¬هاي تبادل كالاي هر كشور دارد. اين شاخه از حمل¬ونقل به دليل پايين بودن هزينه حمل¬ونقل روز به روز در حال گسترش است. در اين ميان بنادر به عنوان مبدأ دريايي و نقطه اتصال حمل¬ونقل دريايي به حمل¬ونقل زميني نقش تعيين كننده¬اي در چگونگي وضعيت كمي و كيفي حمل¬ونقل دريايي دارند. در زمينه حمل¬ونقل كالا عليرغم مزاياي نسبي حمل¬ونقل ريلي نسبت به حمل¬ونقل جاده¬اي سهم اين شيوه، از جابجايي كالا بسيار ناچيز است. پيرو سياست‌هاي كلي توسعه دريامحور و در راستاي برنامه هفتم توسعه و همچنين مطابق با توسعه دريامحور، در راستاي بند هشتم سياست‌هاي كلي توسعه دريامحور تحت عنوان افزايش سهم كشور در حمل‌ونقل دريايي و ترانزيت با ايجاد و تقويت شبكه حمل‌ونقل تركيبي و همچنين لزوم افزايش سهم ريلي بنادر در حمل¬ونقل و كشش‌پذيري حمل‌ونقل كالا، در راستاي تحقق اين مهم اين پژوهش در وهله نخست به جهت شناسايي شاخص¬ها و پارامترهاي تاثيرگذار در انتخاب وسيله حمل¬ونقل كالا در بنادر ريل پايه و همچنين با هدف افزايش سهم ريلي در مجموعه گروه¬هاي كالايي در بخش¬هاي صادرات، واردات و ترانزيت در بنادر به نگارش در ¬آمده است. از اهداف مطالعات حمل¬ونقل كالا در سطح ملي مربوط به تحليل سياست¬هايي براي بهبود عملكرد حمل¬ونقل كالا بويژه در بنادر موجود مي¬باشد. براي اين منظور يكي از ابزارهاي مهم، مدل¬هاي انتخاب وسيله است. براي كشور ايران مبادلات داخلي بين دو شيوه ريل و جاده در رقابت هستند. در اين پايان¬نامه ابتدا به شناسايي و بررسي شاخص¬هاي موثر انتخاب وسيله در حمل¬ونقل كالا با بهره¬گيري از مطالعات پيشين و نيز نظر خبرگان و كارشناسان اين حوزه پرداخته شده است. در بحث انتخاب وسيله با توجه به لزوم افزايش سهم ريلي با ايجاد و تقويت شبكه حمل‌ونقل تركيبي و كشش‌پذيري حمل‌ونقل كالا و سپس با در اختيار داشتن اين شاخص¬ها و نيز داده¬هاي دريافتي از ويژگي¬هاي موثر در حمل¬ونقل كالا در بنادر متصل به ريل به تفكيك گروه¬هاي كالايي از شركت راه¬آهن، سازمان راهداري و حمل¬ونقل جاده¬اي و بويژه سازمان بنادر و دريانوردي ايران با استفاده از الگوريتم¬هاي يادگيري ماشين به مقايسه بيشترين دقت از ميان آنها پرداخته است. در ادامه جهت دستيابي به بهبود و افزايش سهم ريل در جابجايي كالا به استخراج ويژگي¬هاي مهم با در نظرگيري افزايش سهم ريلي به نتايج مطلوب دست يافته است. نتايج نشان داد الگوريتم XGBoost از ميان ديگر الگوريتم ها بيشترين دقت را دارد. با استفاده از اين الگوريتم و روش استخراج ويژگي هاي مهم در هر گروه كالا و نيز در مجموعه كالا بررسي گرديد و ويژگي¬هاي ميزان تن كيلومتر جاده براساس جمع تناژ حداكثر جاده، ميزان تن كيلومتر ريل براساس جمع تناژ حداكثر جاده، حداكثر مقدار تناژ جاده، حداكثر مقدار تناژ ريل، تعرفه كل (حمل و تخليه بارگيري) ريلي و كالاي با ارزش حمل شده بين مبدا و مقصد اثرگذارترين ويژگي¬ها در افزايش سهم ريلي محسوب مي¬شوند.

Following the increasing and significant growth of the demand in moving goods, it has attracted the opinion of many experts and managers regarding the improvement of the better process and increasing the efficiency of this industry. Meanwhile, supply chain management, logistics and logistics management in the distribution system in various fields are progressing day by day and reduce some exorbitant costs in the goods movement industry. The maritime transport industry plays a major role in the movement of goods in the export, import, transit and other exchange procedures of each country. This branch of transportation is expanding day by day due to the low cost of transportation. In the meantime, ports, as a maritime origin and a connecting point between maritime transport and land transport, play a decisive role in the quantitative and qualitative situation of maritime transport. In the field of goods transportation, despite the relative advantages of rail transportation compared to road transportation, the contribution of this method to the movement of goods is very small. Following the general policies of sea-oriented development and in line with the seventh development plan and also in accordance with the sea-oriented development, in line with the eighth paragraph of the general policies of sea-oriented development under the title of increasing the share of the country in maritime transport and transit by creating and strengthening the combined transport network and also the need to increase the share of railway ports In transportation and the elasticity of goods transportation, in order to realize this importance, this research, first of all, in order to identify the indicators and parameters that influence the selection of means of transportation of goods in basic rail ports, and also with the aim of increasing the share of rail in the group. Commodities in export, import and transit sectors in ports have been written. In this thesis, first of all, the identification and investigation of the effective indicators of vehicle selection in the transportation of goods has been done using previous studies and also the opinions of experts in this field. Then, having these indicators and also the data received from the effective features in the transportation of goods in the ports connected to the rail, according to the groups of goods from the railway company, road and road transport organization. Especially, the Iranian Ports and Maritime Organization has compared the most accurate of them using machine learning algorithms. Further, in order to improve and increase the share of rail in the movement of goods, extracting important features by considering the increase of the share of rail has achieved the desired results.
