بررسي تاثير فناوري‌هاي نوين بلاكچين و اينترنت اشيا بر توسعه زنجيره تأمين صنايع كشاورزي (مطالعه موردي: صنعت توليد گندم)

امروزه فناوري‌هاي نوين بلاكچين و اينترنت اشيا نقش پررنگ و حياتي در صنايع مختلف ايفا مي‌كنند صنايع كشاورزي هم مستثني نيست. بلاكچين با امكان ثبت دقيق و قابل اطمينان اطلاعات مربوط به مراحل مختلف توليد و توزيع، از مشكلات نظارت و تقلب در زنجيره تأمين جلوگيري مي‌كند. همچنين، اينترنت اشيا با ايجاد ارتباط بين دستگاه‌ها و جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي حسگرها، امكان بهينه‌سازي فرآيندهاي كشاورزي و افزايش بهرهوري را فراهم مي‌كند. تحقيقاتي كه تا كنون انجام شده‌است بيشتر به تاثيرات و كاربردهاي بلاكچين در توسعه زنجيره تامين اشاره داشتند اما در پژوهش پيش ‌رو، علاوه بر فناوري بلاكچين، تركيب آن با اينترنت اشيا بر توسعه زنجيره تامين توليد گندم پرداخته شده‌است.در اين پژوهش، از روش جمع‌آوري داده با پرسشنامه از يك جامعه آماري متشكل از 220 نفر از كشاورزان، توليدكنندگان، توزيع‌كنندگان و ساير عوامل مرتبط با زنجيره تامين گندم استفاده شده و پس از پيش آزمايي و بررسي اعتبار و پايايي، براي جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي تكميلي از مصاحبه‌هاي نيمه ساختار يافته از كارشناسان، صاحب نظران و مديران صنعت كشاورزي استفاده شده‌است. با در نظرگرفتن فرضيه اصلي پژوهش، اينكه فناوري بلاكچين و اينترنت اشيا تاثير مثبت و معناداري بر توسعه زنجيره تامين دارد، تحليل روابط بين متغيرها با رويكرد كواريانس بر اساس الگوي معادلات ساختاري و روش حداقل مربعات جزئي انجام شده‌است. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه فناوري بلاكچين و اينترنت اشيا با ضريب همبستگي مناسب بر توسعه زنجيره تامين گندم موثر است. همچنين مي‌توان گفت بكارگيري از بلاكچين و اينترنت اشيا مي‌تواند به شفافيت، رديابي و بهينه‌سازي زنجيره تامين گندم كمك كند.

Impact of Emerging Technologies, Blockchain and Internet of Things, on the Development of Agricultural Supply Chains (Case Study: Wheat Production Industry)

Nowadays, modern technologies such as blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT) play a vital and prominent role in various industries, and agriculture is no exception. Blockchain enables accurate and reliable recording of information related to different stages of production and distribution, preventing oversight and fraud issues in the supply chain. Additionally, the Internet of Things facilitates the optimization of agricultural processes and increases productivity by connecting devices and collecting sensor data. Research conducted so far has mostly focused on the impacts and applications of blockchain in supply chain development. However, in the present study, in addition to blockchain technology, the combination of blockchain and IoT in the development of the wheat supply chain has been examined. In this study, data collection was conducted using a questionnaire from a statistical population consisting of 220 farmers, producers, distributors, and other stakeholders related to the wheat supply chain. After pre-testing and assessing validity and reliability, semi-structured interviews with experts, scholars, and managers in the agricultural industry were used to collect supplementary data. Considering the main hypothesis of the study, which posits that blockchain and IoT technologies have a positive and significant impact on supply chain development, the relationships between variables were analyzed using a covariance approach based on structural equation modeling and the partial least squares method. The findings indicate that blockchain and IoT technologies have a significant positive impact on the development of the wheat supply chain with an appropriate correlation coefficient. It can also be said that the use of blockchain and IoT can help enhance transparency, traceability, and optimization of the wheat supply chain.
