علي رغم نقش حياتي زنجيره تأمين شن و ماسه در عمران و آباداني و توسعه كشور، مديريت اين زنجيره هم چنان به صورت سنتي و كم بهره‌ور در حال انجام است. مشكلاتي نظير عدم يكپارچگي بين ذينفعان، عدم چابكي و انعطاف‌ناپذيري، نظارت ناكافي، استفاده از تجهيزات قديمي، فعاليت‌هاي ناپايدار معدني و عدم بكارگيري فناوري‌هاي نوين از جمله چالش‌هاي اصلي شناسايي شده‌است. در پژوهش حاضر تلاش خواهد شد يك مدل كسب و كار با هدف بهبود چابكي زنجيره تأمين شن و ماسه با استفاده از بوم مدل كسب و كار طراحي شود. بدين منظور ابتدا وضعيت موجود زنجيره تأمين شرح داده مي‌شود، سپس معيارهاي چابكي مطابق با صنعت شن و ماسه تعيين مي‌گردد. در گام‌ بعد انواع الگو‌هاي كسب و كار تجارت الكترونيكي كه بيشترين تناسب با صنعت شن و ماسه دارند، ارائه مي‌شوند. سپس بوم كسب و كار متناظر با هر الگوي كسب و كار تجارت الكترونيك تعيين مي‌گردد. سپس الگوي بهينه مطابق با معيارهاي چابكي با بهره‌گيري از روش‌تصميم‌گيري انتخاب مي‌شوند. در اين مرحله ابتدا معيارها توسط روش بهترين- بدترين وزن‌دهي مي‌شوند و سپس الگوي بهينه با استفاده از روش تاپسيس انتخاب مي‌شود. در اين فرآيند، از دانش و تجربه متخصصان خبره در اين حوزه استفاده مي‌شود. بدين ترتيب با مشخص شدن الگوي برتر و بوم كسب و كار متناظر با آن مدل كسب و كار مطلوب تعيين مي‌گردد. انتظار مي‌رود نتايج اين پژوهش منجر به بهبود چابكي در زنجيره تأمين شن و ماسه شود.

Designing a business model with the aim of improving the agility of the sand supply chain using the business model canvas

Despite the vital role of the sand supply chain in the construction and development of the country, the management of this chain is still being done in a traditional and less efficient way. Problems such as lack of integration between stakeholders, lack of agility and inflexibility, insufficient supervision, use of old equipment, unsustainable mining activities and lack of application of new technologies have been identified as the main challenges. In this research, an attempt will be made to design a business model with the aim of improving the agility of the sand supply chain using the canvas of the business model. For this purpose, first the current situation of the supply chain is described, then the agility criteria are determined according to the sand industry. In the next step, the types of e-commerce business models that are most suitable for the sand industry are presented. Then the business canvas corresponding to each e-commerce business model is determined. Then, the optimal model according to the agility criteria is selected using the decision-making method. In this step, the criteria are first weighted by the best-worst method, and then the optimal pattern is selected using the TOPSIS method. In this process, the knowledge and experience of experts in this field are used. In this way, by identifying the superior model and the corresponding business model, the desired business model is determined. It is expected that the results of this research will lead to the improvement of agility in the sand supply chain.
