چكيده ايستگاه راهآهن به عنوانيك فضايشهريهر روزه پذيرايجمعيت فراوانياست. بنابراين ايستگاه راهآهن را ميتوان فضاييتاثيرگذار در تعامالت اجتماعيدر نظر گرفت. از اين رو شناخت و بررسيفضاهايايستگاه راهآهن و نحوه تاثيرگذاريآنها بسيار مهم است.بنابرايناگر طراحيفضايعمومينظيرايستگاهراه آهن ب واهد فضايي مطلوب، كارآمد و پاس گوباشد،بايدبه متغيرهايرضايتمنديكاربر از فضايمذكور توجه كرد. شناساييعوامك موثر بررضايتمندياز فضايايستگاهراه آهن مسئله اياست كه اينتحقيبقصد دارد به آن بپردازد.دراين تحقيب،تأثيرطراحيو معماريايستگاههايقطار بر رويمولفههايايمني،آزاديحركت و آسايشمسافران مورد بررسيقرار گرفت. نتايجنشان داد كه طراحيمناسب ميتواندبه افزايشايمنيو آسايشمسافران كمك كرده و از تراكم جمعيتو ايجادمحدوديتهايحركتيجلوگيريكند. پرسشنامههاييكه از100مسافر جمعآوريشد، نشان داد كه ايستگاههاييبا طراحيمدرن و كارآمد بهبود قابك توجهيدر رضايتمسافران از ايمنيو سهولت حركت ايجادكردهاند. نتيجهگيريكليايناست كه طراحيبهينهايستگاهميتواندنقش كليديدر افزايشتجربه مربت مسافرانايفاكند و به ايجادايستگاههاييبا كاربريبهتر و ايمنيباالتر منجر شود.

Investigating the impact of passenger train station design and architecture on components such as safety, freedom of movement, and passenger comfort

Abstract The railway station, as an urban space, receives a large number of people every day. Therefore, the railway station can be considered an influential space in social interactions. Therefore, it is very important to recognize and study the spaces of the railway station and how they are effective. Therefore, if the designer of public spaces such as the railway station is to create a desirable, efficient and responsive spatial unit, he must pay attention to the variables of user satisfaction with the mentioned space. Identifying the factors affecting satisfaction with the railway station space is an issue that this study intends to address. In this study, the impact of the design and architecture of train stations on the components of safety, freedom of movement and comfort of passengers was examined. The results showed that appropriate design can help increase passenger comfort and avoid crowding and movement restrictions. Questionnaires collected from 100 passengers showed that stations with modern and efficient design significantly improved passenger satisfaction with safety and ease of movement. The overall conclusion is that optimal station design can play a key role in enhancing the passenger experience and lead to stations with better usability and higher safety.
