عودلاجان يكي از چهار محله اصلي و اوليه شكل دهنده شهر تهران است كه داراي بناها و بافت تاريخي بسيار ارزشمندي مي باشد. در طول يك قرن اخير، با گسترش شهر و تحولات فرهنگي و اقتصادي، اين محله تاريخي توسط بسياري از ساكنان آن ترك شده و بخش عمده اي از آن در اختيار كاربري هاي تجاري، انبارداري و كارگاه هاي صنعتي اختصاص يافته است. امروزه با گذر زمان و تغيير الگوهاي زندگي، تمايل ساكنان براي زندگي در بافت هاي تاريخي كاهش يافته است. همچنين در بعضي موارد ، حس تعلق ساكنان به بافت به حدي كاهش يافته كه منجر به ترك محل زندگي و در نهايت متروكه شدن قسمت هايي از بافت شده است. مردم ركن اصلي حيات شهرها هستند و براي احياي بافت‌هاي تاريخي، بايد حضور آن‌ها را تضمين كرد. حضور مردم در بافت موجب درگيري آن‌ها با محيط زندگي خود شده و حساسيت آن‌ها به محل زندگي‌شان را افزايش مي‌دهد؛ اين مسئله به نوبه خود، موجب تضمين پايداري بافت و محله مي‌گردد. استفاده از مشاركت مردمي، پروژه‌هاي بهسازي، نوسازي و مرمت را به مرحله تحقق نزديك‌تر مي‌سازد. با بررسي نقش مشاركت مردمي در اين بافت و استفاده از آن‌ها در تصميم‌گيري‌ها و همچنين جذب سرمايه‌هاي موجود توسط آن‌ها، طرح‌هايي كه براي جلوگيري از فرسودگي و مرمت اين بافت تاريخي مطرح مي‌شود، موجب رضايت‌مندي بيشتر مردم و مسئولان خواهد شد.در اين راستا، اين پرسش مطرح است كه چه عواملي در ايجاد ميزان اثرگذاري مردم در مرمت بافت تاريخي محله امام زاده يحيي مؤثر است؟ نحوه دستيابي به اين امر در قالب دو دسته اهداف دنبال شده است. هدف اصلي پژوهش، زمينه‌سازي مشاركت حداكثري با هدف موافقت بر راهكارهاي مرمتي بافت امام زاده يحيي و انگيزش مشاركت بيشتر در مرمت اين بافت است، كه با دستيابي به راهكارهايي براي افزايش كيفيت مديريت شهري و ارتقاي كيفيت فضاي شهري از طريق مشاركت مردمي مورد تأكيد قرار گرفته است.در حوزه روش‌شناسي پژوهش، تحليل داده‌ها به صورت استقرايي و مبتني بر مشاهده مشاركتي و تدوين پرسشنامه در محله امام زاده يحيي انجام شده است. در بخش آمار تحليلي، از آزمون‌هاي كولموگروف–اسميرنوف و T تك‌نمونه‌اي استفاده شده است. به منظور سنجش سطح معناداري سوالات و تأثيرگذاري يا عدم تأثيرگذاري هريك از آن‌ها، بر اساس آزمون پارامتريك T تك‌نمونه‌اي بررسي شده است. يافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده سطح بالاي معناداري متغيرها هستند، به‌طوري كه متغيرهاي حس تعلق، زيست‌محيطي، مديريت شهري، امنيت و تعاملات اجتماعي داراي بيشترين سطح معناداري بوده‌اند. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه اين متغيرها در بستر سازي مشاركت مردم در محله امام زاده يحيي تأثيرگذارند و اگر طراحان و معماران بومي، رهبران محلي و كميته‌هاي محلي از طريق برنامه‌ريزي مشاركتي مديريت محله را به عهده گيرند، منجر به ارتقاي مشاركت مردم در محله امام زاده يحيي خواهد شد.

Presentation of Restoration Principles for the Passages Leading to the Imamzadeh Yahya Neighborhood with the Utilization of Public Participation and Emphasis on Navvab Passage

Uodlajan is one of the four main and basic neighborhoods which has formed Tehran and has a very rich and historical context. During the past century with growth of the city and the economy, this neighborhood has been abandoned by its former inhabitants. And most parts of it is now used as commercial stores, storages and workshops. This fact has caused. Today, with the passage of time and changes in life patterns, the desire of residents to live in historical contexts has decreased. Also, in some cases, the residents' sense of belonging to the fabric has decreased so much that it has led to them leaving their place of residence and eventually parts of the fabric being abandoned. People are the main pillar of the life of cities and their presence must be guaranteed in the revival of historical contexts. The presence of people in the context causes them to be involved with their living environment and as a result makes them sensitive to their place of residence, which is an issue. In turn, it ensures the stability of the fabric and the neighborhood. The use of public participation is a matter that brings improvement, Renovation and restoration projects closer to the stage of realization. By examining the role of people's participation in this context and their use in decision-making, as well as the attraction of available funds by them, the plans that will be proposed to prevent the wear and tear of this historical context will bring more satisfaction to the people and officials. In this regard, the question arises as to what factors can be effective in creating the level of people's influence in the restoration of the historical context of Imam Zadeh Yahya neighborhood? The main purpose of the research is to establish maximum participation with the aim of agreeing on the restoration solutions for the fabric of Imam Zadeh Yahya and motivating more participation in the restoration of this fabric by achieving solutions to increase the quality of urban management and improve the quality of urban space by using public participation. In the field of research methodology, data analysis was done inductively based on participatory observation and questionnaire development in Imam zadeh Yahya neighborhood. In the analytical statistics section, Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, one-sample t test were used. In order to measure the level of significance of the questions and the questionnaire and the effectiveness or lack of effectiveness of each of them They have been examined based on the parametric T test of one sample. The findings indicate a high level of significance of the variables. In such a way that the variables of sense of belonging, environment, urban management, security and social interactions have the highest level of significance. Results The research also tells that the mentioned variables are effective in creating a platform for people's participation in Imam Zadeh Yahya neighborhood, and if local designers and architects, local leaders and local committees take charge of neighborhood management through participatory planning, it will lead to the promotion of people's participation in Imam neighborhood. Yahya will be born.
