هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي نقش مديريت دانش در تدريس و افزايش انگيزش و نقش پذيري دانش آموزان در پيشرفت تحصيلي ميباشد . روش تحقيق از نوع مطالعه توصيفي- همبستگي كـه بـا اسـتفاده از روش ميـداني انجام گرفته است . جامعه تحقيق شامل معلمان و كارشناسان خبره آموزش و پرورش كه در سال تحصيلي 1403-1402 كه نمونه آماري اين پژوهش به تبع جامعه آماري تعداد 50 نفر معلمان و كارشناسان خبره آموزش و پرورش ناحيه يك ساري هسـتند . بـراي جمـع آوري اطلاعات از پرسش نامه مديريت دانش كه شامل4مولفه ( اجتماعي سازي دانش ، برون سازي‌دانش ، تركيب دانش ، دروني سازي دانش ) و پرسشنامه انگيزش تحصيلي و پرسش نامه نقش پذيري در قالب اجتماعي شدن دانش آموزان در دو مولفه (يادگيري و دروني كردن هنجارهاي اجتماعي ) و پرسشنامه پيشرفت تحصيلي داراي 5 مولفه ( خودكارآمدي ، تاثيرات هيجاني ، برنامه ريزي ، فقدان كنترل پيامد ، انگيزش) استفاده شده است كه مقدار آلفاي كرونباخ براي پرسشنامه ها اين پژوهش محاسبه گرديد . براي تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي اين تحقيق با توجه به سطح سنجش متغيرهاي مورد بررسي از آمارهاي توصيفي و آمارهاي استنباطي ( آزمـون t و همبستگي پيرسون ) و براي همبستگي ميان متغير ها استفاده مي شود و كليه عمليات اجرايي پردازش داده هـا بـا اسـتفاده از نـرم افـزار SPSS با توجه به خروجي اطلاعات و تحليل فرضيه ها توسط آزمونهايt و همبستگي پيرسون كليه فرضيه هاي اين تحقيق نشان داده است كه نقش مديريت دانش در تدريس و افزايش انگيزش و نقش پذيري دانش آموزان در پيشرفت تحصيلي موثر مي باشد

The role of knowledge management in education and increasing motivation and adaptability Students in academic progress

The purpose of this research is to examine the role of knowledge management in teaching and increase students' motivation and involvement in academic progress . The research method is a descriptive-correlation study that was carried out using the field method . The research community includes middle school students who are in There are 50 people in the academic year 1402-1403 . The sample of this research includes 50 male and female middle school students . To collect information from the knowledge management questionnaire which includes 4 components (socialization of knowledge, externalization of knowledge, combination of knowledge, internalization of knowledge) and the questionnaire of academic motivation and the questionnaire of role adaptability in the form of socialization of students in two components (learning and internalization social norms) and academic achievement questionnaire with 5 components (self-efficacy, emotional effects, planning, lack of outcome control, motivation) were used, and Cronbach's alpha value was calculated for the questionnaires of this research . In order to analyze the data of this research according to the measurement level of the investigated variables, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (t-test and Pearson correlation) are used and for the correlation between the variables, and all the data processing operations are done using SPSS software . According to the output of information and the analysis of hypotheses by t-tests and Pearson's correlation, all hypotheses have shown that the role of knowledge management in teaching and increasing the motivation and role-taking of students is effective in academic progress .
