رشد سريع شهرنشيني، گسترش فضاهاي شهري و گرايش به زندگي ماشيني، نياز به رويكردهاي نوين در طراحي و مديريت محيط‌هاي شهري را برجسته كرده است. اين پژوهش با تمركز بر «پارك قيطريه تهران» به دنبال ارائه چارچوبي براي طراحي فضاي سبز مشاركتي است كه بتواند كيفيت زندگي شهري را ارتقا داده و تعاملات اجتماعي، حس تعلق و سرزندگي شهروندان را تقويت كند. در اين مطالعه، مفاهيم كليدي همچون فضاي سبز شهري، مشاركت شهروندي، توسعه پايدار، هنر مشاركتي و نقش آن در طراحي فضاهاي عمومي بررسي شده است. همچنين پيشينه طراحي فضاي سبز در ايران و تجارب داخلي و خارجي در اين زمينه مورد تحليل قرار گرفته‌اند. اين پژوهش با رويكردي تركيبي (كمي و كيفي) و با استفاده از ابزارهايي همچون پرسشنامه و تحليل آماري در نرم‌افزار SPSS به بررسي نقش مشاركت شهروندان در طراحي فضاي سبز پرداخته است. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه مشاركت فعال شهروندان در فرآيندهاي طراحي، مديريت و نگهداري پارك، حس مالكيت و تعلق اجتماعي را افزايش داده و بهبود تعاملات اجتماعي و ارتقاي كيفيت محيط را به دنبال دارد. از مهم‌ترين نتايج تحقيق مي‌توان به ضرورت بهبود زيرساخت‌ها و امكانات پارك، ايجاد فرصت‌هاي داوطلبانه براي مشاركت در مديريت، برگزاري برنامه‌هاي فرهنگي و اجتماعي متنوع، و آموزش شهروندان در زمينه حفظ محيط زيست اشاره كرد. در اين پژوهش، چارچوبي سه‌مرحله‌اي براي طراحي مشاركتي فضاهاي سبز ارائه شده است كه شامل اقدامات پيش از مشاركت (تحليل نيازها و شناسايي پتانسيل‌ها)، حين مشاركت (ايجاد فرآيندهاي تعامل و همفكري) و پس از مشاركت (پايدارسازي نتايج) مي‌باشد. طرح‌هاي پيشنهادي نظير «مسيرهاي مشاركتي»، «باغ‌هاي اشتراكي شهري» و «پلازاهاي موضوعي» به عنوان راهكارهايي براي افزايش حضورپذيري و سرزندگي پارك قيطريه معرفي شده‌اند. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه طراحي فضاي سبز مشاركتي، مي‌تواند به عنوان ابزاري مؤثر در توسعه پايدار شهري، كاهش انزواي اجتماعي و ارتقاي سلامت جسمي و رواني شهروندان مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

The framework of participatory green space design (case example: Qaitarieh Park)

Abstract: Modern cities are characterized by an interactive relationship between the community, physical structure, and urban governance with other internal systematic elements, gaining legitimacy through public acceptance. The relationship between the city and its citizens is reciprocal, where humans shape cities, and the conditions within cities are influenced by the defined internal relationships. Increasing participation in the preservation and development of urban green spaces requires coordination and participation in urban design. Therefore, the role of people shifts from being ornamental to central, meaning that in designing neighborhood green spaces, the untapped potential within the neighborhood is utilized in terms of how citizens use and design to meet their needs. This applied research, while reviewing the concepts of public space and participation, seeks to create a high-quality and socially inclusive urban space to increase citizens' capacity and instill vitality in the future by providing efficient designs for Gheytariyeh Park in Tehran. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Based on the findings, although most respondents were satisfied with the park's current facilities, improving and developing these facilities to increase overall satisfaction seems necessary. Creating voluntary opportunities for citizens to participate in the maintenance and management of the park, which can lead to increased feelings of belonging and social ownership, the research results showed that Gheytariyeh Park, as a participatory green space, can play a very important role in improving the quality of life of citizens. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to improve the park's facilities, hold various cultural and social programs, and employ effective methods to engage citizens and disseminate information.
