رويكرد اسكرام، محبوب‌ترين و سريع‌ترين روش در حال رشد در ميان روش‌هاي چابك است. در روش سنتي مديريت پروژه، فرآيند توسعه محصول به چند مرحله متوالي تقسيم و تمامي الزامات در ابتداي فرآيند توسعه تعريف مي¬گرديد. روش‌هاي چابك (همانند اسكرام) از مراحل متوالي پروژه حذف مي‌شوند و بر ارتباط با مشتري تمركز مي‌كنند. با توجه به اهميت توسعه رويكرد اسكرام و افزايش بهره¬مندي از آن، در اين مطالعه، با استفاده از بررسي ادبيات و روش مطالعه موردي، عواملي كه ممكن است در معرفي اسكرام در يك سازمان كمك¬كننده يا مزاحم باشند، تجزيه و تحليل و مدلي براي بهبود عملكرد رويكرد اسكرام در راستاي كاهش ريسك، پيشنهاد شد. براي دستيابي به هدف پژوهش ابتدا با استفاده از مرور ادبيات، به شناسايي عوامل موثر بر رويدادهاي اسكرام در به حداقل رساندن ريسك در قراردادهاي پيمانكاري پرداخته و تعداد 36 مورد شناسايي شد و با توجه به مشتركات موجود، به دسته‌هاي ارتباطات (2مورد)، پشتيباني (7 مورد)، زيرساخت (1مورد) و كيفيت تيم پروژه (11 مورد) طبقه بندي شدند. به منظور اعتبارسنجي عوامل شناسايي شده، از رويكرد دلفي فازي استفاده شد و محقق با كمك استاد راهنما راهكارهاي شناسايي شده را در قالب پرسشنامه-اي بين 20 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهي و صنعت پخش نمود و در نهايت تعداد 21 مورد معنادار بوده و تعداد 15 مورد طبق ديدگاه خبرگان، حذف شدند. به منظور اولويت بندي اثرات از تكنيك ديمتل فازي استفاده شد. بررسي‌ها نشان دادند مهم‌ترين عوامل موثر بر رويدادهاي اسكرام در به حداقل رساندن ريسك در قراردادهاي‌ پيمانكاري شركت داتين شامل درك ارزش و اصول اسكرام، انتخاب رهبر شايسته براي مديريت پروژه و حضور اعضاي تيم در جلسات مي¬باشند.

Presenting the model of factors affecting scrum events minimizing risk in contracting contracts with fuzzy DEMATEL method (case study: Dotin company)

Scrum method is the most popular and fastest growing method among agile methods. In the traditional method of project management, the product development process was divided into several consecutive stages. In this model, the customer defined all the requirements at the beginning of the development process. Agile methods (e.g. scrum) remove sequential project phases and focus on customer communication. Considering the importance of developing the scrum approach and increasing its benefits, this study tried to analyze the factors that may help or hinder the introduction of scrum in an organization by using the literature review and case study method in line with inroduce a model to improve the performance of scrum approach in order to reduce risk. To achieve the goal of the research, first by using the literature review, the effective factors on scrum events in minimizing the risk in contracting contracts were assessed and 36 items were identified and according to the existing commonalities, they were divided into communication categories (2 items), support (7 items), infrastructure (1 item) and project team quality (11 items) were classified. In order to validate the identified factors, the fuzzy Delphi approach was used and the researcher, with the help of the supervisor, distributed the identified solutions in the form of a questionnaire among 20 academic and industry experts, and finally, 21 indicators were significant and 15 items according to experts' views were removed. In order to prioritize the effects, the fuzzy DEMATEL technique was used. Investigations showed that understanding the value and principles of scrum, choosing a competent leader for project management and the presence of team members in meetings were the most important factors affecting scrum events in minimizing the risk in Datin's contracting agreements
