با گسترش شهرها و ورود تفكر صنعتي به ايران، صنايع متعددي در حومه‌ي شهرها شكل گرفتند، اما بسياري از اين واحدها به دليل مشكلات زيست‌محيطي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي فعاليت خود را متوقف كردند. يكي از چالش‌هاي عمده اين مناطق، تخريب فضاهاي صنعتي و كشاورزي اطراف آن‌هاست. تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي استفاده مجدد از سايت‌هاي صنعتي متروكه به‌عنوان فرصتي براي بازآفريني شهري و حفاظت از ميراث فرهنگي، به‌ويژه در زمينه گردشگري كشاورزي، انجام شده است. تمركز اين پژوهش بر كارخانه قند كهريزك است و تأثير تغيير كاربري اين سايت‌ها بر توسعه گردشگري كشاورزي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. طراحي پيشنهادي، تركيب عناصر صنعتي و كشاورزي را براي ايجاد فضاهاي جذاب و پايدار جهت توسعه گردشگري معرفي مي‌كند. اين تحقيق راهكارهاي مؤثري براي استفاده مجدد از اين سايت‌ها ارائه داده و به اهميت حفاظت از ميراث فرهنگي و تعامل آن با توسعه پايدار شهري پرداخته است.

Adaptive Reuse of the Kahrizak Sugar Factory with an Agricultural Tourism Approach

With the expansion of cities and the introduction of industrial thinking to Iran, numerous industries were established on the outskirts of cities. However, many of these units ceased operations due to environmental, social, and economic issues. One of the major challenges in these areas is the destruction of industrial and agricultural spaces around them. This research aims to investigate the adaptive reuse of abandoned industrial sites as an opportunity for urban regeneration and cultural heritage preservation, particularly in the field of agricultural tourism. The focus of this study is the Kahrizak Sugar Factory, and the impact of converting these sites on the development of agricultural tourism is examined. The proposed design introduces a combination of industrial and agricultural elements to create attractive and sustainable spaces for tourism development. This research presents effective strategies for the adaptive reuse of these sites and addresses the importance of cultural heritage preservation and its interaction with sustainable urban development.
