محله جلفا، با پيشينه غني تاريخي و فرهنگي، از مهم‌ترين نواحي شهر اصفهان است كه با تركيب فرهنگ‌هاي ارمني و ايراني، توانسته هويتي منحصربه‌فرد ايجاد كند. افزايش جمعيت و كاهش فضاهاي عمومي منجر به ايجاد مشكلات اجتماعي مانند كاهش تعاملات فرهنگي، ازدحام جمعيت و معضلات اجتماعي در محله شده است. هدف اين پژوهش، احيا و باززنده‌سازي فضاهاي رها شده و طراحي يك فضاي چندعملكردي براي ارتقاي تعاملات اجتماعي و بهبود منظر فرهنگي محله است. اين پايان‌نامه به تحليل طراحي منظر شهري محله جلفاي اصفهان با رويكرد بهسازي منظر فرهنگي مي‌پردازد. در ابتدا، به مسئله اهميت فضاهاي جمعي و تأثير آن‌ها در تعاملات اجتماعي و فرهنگي اشاره مي‌شود، كه به ارتقاي كيفيت زندگي شهري كمك مي‌كنند. سپس مباني نظري منظر فرهنگي، منظر شهري و حضورپذيري با مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي بررسي شده و ارتباط آن با فضاهاي عمومي به عنوان نمادهاي فرهنگي و اجتماعي مورد توجه قرار مي‌گيرد. همچنين، در اين پژوهش تجارب موفق بين‌المللي و داخلي در حوزه بهسازي و تقويت حضورپذيري شهروندان در فضاهاي جمعي بررسي شده‌اند كه دستاورد‌هاي اين مطالعات در روند طراحي مورد استفاده و تحليل قرار گرفته است. هدف نهايي اين پژوهش، خلق فضاهاي عمومي چندعملكردي است كه بتوانند علاوه بر حفظ هويت فرهنگي محله جلفا، تعاملات اجتماعي را افزايش داده و مشكلات اجتماعي را كاهش دهند.

Urban Landscape Design in Jolfa Neighborhood of Isfahan: Cultural Landscape Enhancement Approach

The Jolfa neighborhood, with its rich historical and cultural heritage, is one of the most important areas of the city of Isfahan. By blending Armenian and Iranian cultures, it has forged a unique identity. However, the increase in population and reduction of public spaces have led to social issues such as decreased cultural interactions, overcrowding, and other social challenges in the area. The goal of this research is to revitalize abandoned spaces and design a multifunctional area aimed at enhancing social interactions and improving the cultural landscape of the neighborhood. This thesis analyzes the urban landscape design of Jolfa neighborhood in Isfahan with an approach focused on cultural landscape enhancement. Initially, the importance of communal spaces and their impact on social and cultural interactions are highlighted, emphasizing their role in improving urban life quality. The theoretical foundations of cultural landscape, urban landscape, and placemaking are then examined through literature review, and their connection to public spaces as cultural and social symbols is discussed. Moreover, successful international and domestic experiences in the field of revitalization and enhancing public engagement in communal spaces are reviewed, with the findings applied to the design process. The ultimate goal of this research is to create multifunctional public spaces that not only preserve the cultural identity of Jolfa but also promote social interactions and reduce social problems.
