هدف اين پژوهش، طراحي بيمارستاني ويژه كودكان مبتلا به اختلال طيف اوتيسم با تمركز بر بهبود مسيريابي، كاهش استرس‌هاي محيطي و ارتقاي كيفيت خدمات درماني در منطقه 10 شهر شيراز است. در اين راستا، ابتدا مباني نظري مرتبط با نيازهاي حسي، رفتاري و ارتباطي كودكان اوتيسم بررسي شد و عوامل محيطي مؤثر بر آرام‌سازي و ارتقاي تمركز آنان شناسايي گرديد. همچنين نمونه‌هاي موردي موفق داخلي و بين‌المللي در حوزه بيمارستان‌هاي كودكان و مراكز درماني ويژه اوتيسم تحليل شدند تا راهكارهاي عملي در طراحي محيط‌هاي دوستدار اوتيسم استخراج شود. روش تحقيق به صورت تحليلي–توصيفي انجام گرفت. در گام نخست، پيشينه پژوهش در سه محور اوتيسم، معماري و اوتيسم، و مسيريابي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و بر اساس منابع كتابخانه‌اي، مقالات و پايان‌نامه‌ها، جداولي از راهكارهاي كاربردي در پايان هر بخش تدوين گرديد. در گام بعد، نمونه‌هاي موردي منتخب در دو دسته كلي بيمارستان‌هاي كودكان و مراكز درماني اوتيسم تحليل شدند كه اطلاعات آن‌ها از منابع معتبر و وب‌سايت‌هاي تخصصي گردآوري شد. خروجي اين بخش نيز به صورت جداول راهكارها تنظيم شد كه در ادامه روند طراحي به عنوان چارچوب نهايي مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. يافته‌هاي پژوهش منجر به استخراج11 شاخص معماري در زمينه ارتقاي مسيريابي، سازمان‌دهي فضايي، كنترل محرك‌هاي حسي، بهبود شرايط آكوستيكي و نوري و تقويت تعامل كاربر–محيط شد. بر اساس اين شاخص‌ها، طرح مفهومي يك بيمارستان تخصصي تدوين گرديد كه در آن فضاهاي درماني، آموزشي و پشتيباني با توجه به اصول آرام‌سازي محيط، تسهيل جهت‌يابي فضايي و ارتقاي كيفيت خدمات درماني سازمان‌دهي شده‌اند. اين پژوهش مي‌تواند الگويي كاربردي در طراحي فضاهاي درماني ويژه كودكان اوتيسم در آينده ارائه دهد.

Improving Wayfinding an‎d Healthcare Services in a Children’s Autism Hospital

The aim of this research is to design a specialized hospital for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), with a focus on improving wayfinding, reducing environmental stressors, an‎d enhancing the quality of healthcare services in District 10 of Shiraz. To this end, the theoretical foundations related to the sensory, behavioral, an‎d communicational needs of children with autism were first examined, an‎d the environmental factors that contribute to calming an‎d improving their concentration were identified. In addition, successful national an‎d international case studies of children’s hospitals an‎d autism-specific healthcare centers were analyzed to extract practical strategies for designing autism-friendly environments. The research method was analytical–descriptive. In the first step, the literature review was conducted across three main areas: autism, architecture an‎d autism, an‎d wayfinding. Based on library resources, articles, an‎d theses, practical strategies were summarized in tables at the end of each section. In the next step, selec‎ted case studies were analyzed in two main categories: children’s hospitals an‎d autism treatment centers, with data collected from reliable sources an‎d specialized websites. The outcomes of this stage were also organized in tables of strategies, which later served as the final framework for the design process. The findings of the research led to the extraction of eleven architectural criteria related to improving wayfinding, spatial organization, sensory stimulus control, acoustic an‎d lighting conditions, an‎d enhancing user–environment interaction. Based on these criteria, a conceptual design for a specialized hospital was developed, in which treatment, educational, an‎d support spaces are organized according to principles of environmental calming, spatial orientation facilitation, an‎d quality improvement of healthcare services. This study can provide a practical model for the future design of therapeutic environments dedicated to children with autism.
