With the rapid advancement of science an‎d technology, it has brought about social an‎d economic development an‎d comfort to peopleʹs lives. However, excessive development has created a hidden crisis in human life, one of which is the shortage of water resources. With the shortage of water resources, the development an‎d promotion of water-saving facilities has become an important task in the field of research, the performance of companies an‎d institutions. Water conservation has become a common goal of the world in recent years. In public places, due to high traffic an‎d usersʹ less sense of ownership of the environment, the water consumption pattern is different from that of homes. The design of water-saving facilities, the behavior of using water-saving equipment, an‎d the strategy of implementing water-saving have become important issues in various fields. Today, faucets are not only a means of using water more conveniently, but also a means of using water optimally to solve the problem of water shortage in the world. This study makes an important contribution to the design of water-saving facilities by creating a culture an‎d changing the attitudes of people using water-saving facilities, an‎d proposes a proposal for integrating effective attractions to increase the awareness of water saving an‎d improve it. Equipping public toilets with water-saving systems is not only a technical choice; it is also an economic necessity to reduce heavy maintenance costs an‎d a social duty to preserve national resources against mass consumption. The main goal of this project is to create an incentive (behavior design) to reduce water consumption (not a compulsion), which in the long run will create a culture of water saving.
