چكيده
ﺩﺭ ﺍﯾﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ، ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮﺭ ﺗﻮﺳﻌەﯼ روشهاي ﺩﻗﯿﻖ ﻭ ﺣﺴﺎﺱ ﺑﺮﺍﯼ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻣﺠﻬﻮﻝ ﺭﻭﺩﺍﻣﯿﻦ B ، ﺍﺯ تكنيك ﻓﻮﺗﻮﻟﻮﻣﯿﻨﺴﺎﻧﺲ ﺑﻬﺮﻩ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺭﻭﺩﺍﻣﯿﻦ B ﺑەﺩﻟﯿﻞ ﺑﺎﺯﺩﻩ كوانتومي ﺑﺎﻻ، ﭘﺎﯾﺪﺍﺭﯼ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻭ ﻧﺸﺮ ﺩﺭ ﻧﺎﺣﯿەﯼ مرئي، ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧەﻫﺎﯼ ﻧﻮﺭﯼ ﻭ حسگرهاي ﻓﻠﻮﺭﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﮐﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩ ﮔﺴﺘﺮﺩەﺍﯼ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ. ﺩﺭ ﺍﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﻣﺤﻠﻮﻝﻫﺎﯼ ﺭﻭﺩﺍﻣﯿﻦ B ﺩﺭ ﺍﺗﺎﻧﻮﻝ ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎﯼ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﻭ ﻃﯿﻒﻫﺎﯼ ﺟﺬﺏ ﻭ ﻧﺸﺮ ﺁﻥﻫﺎ، ﺑﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺩﻭﺭﺑﯿﻦ CCD ﻭ طيفسنجي ﺍﻧﺪﺍﺯەﮔﯿﺮﯼ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺭﺳﻢ منحنيهاي ﮐﺎﻟﯿﺒﺮﺍﺳﯿﻮﻥ ﻭ ﺑﺮﺍﺯﺵ غيرخطي ﻧﻤﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺭﻭﯼ ﺩﺍﺩەﻫﺎ، ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ ﻭ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ همبستگي ﺭﻭﺵ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮﺩﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﺩ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﺩﺭ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻭ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ميتواند ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺟﺎﺑەﺟﺎﯾﯽ طيفي ﻭ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺷﺪﺕ ﻧﺸﺮ ﺷﻮﺩ. ﺩﺍﺩەﻫﺎﯼ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺍﺭﺍﺋەﯼ دركي ﻋﻤﯿﻖﺗﺮ ﺍﺯ ﺭﻓﺘﺎﺭ ﻧﻮﺭﯼ ﺭﻭﺩﺍﻣﯿﻦ B ، ميتواند ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ ﻣﺒﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﺍﯼ طراحي ﺭﻭﺵﻫﺎﯼ تحليلي ﺳﺮﯾﻊ، ﮐﻢﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﻭ ﺩﻗﯿﻖ ﺩﺭ ﭘﺎﯾﺶ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎﺕ ﺭﻧﮓﺯﺍ ﻭ ﺗﻮﺳﻌەﯼ حسگرهاي ﻧﻮﺭﯼ ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪ.

Determination of Unknown Concentration of Rhodamine B in Solvent

In this study, the photoluminescence technique was employed to develop a precise and
sensitive method for determining the unknown concentration of Rhodamine B. Owing
to its high quantum efficiency, good photostability, and emission in the visible region,
Rhodamine B has found extensive applications in optical systems and fluorescencebased
sensors. In this work, Rhodamine B solutions in ethanol were prepared at
various concentrations, and their absorption and emission spectra were measured using
a CCD camera and a spectrometer. Calibration curves were constructed, and an
exponential nonlinear fitting was applied to the data to determine the sensitivity and
correlation coefficient of the method. The results indicated that variations in the
solvent environment and concentration can lead to spectral shifts and a decrease in
emission intensity. The obtained data not only provide a deeper understanding of
the optical behavior of Rhodamine B but also serve as a foundation for designing
rapid, low-cost, and accurate analytical methods for monitoring dye compounds and
developing optical sensors.
